The company worked with me to get the roof, siding and gutters started and installed early due to some health issues. The crew was pleasant and completed the work timely and the clean-up was amazing. The staff at the office was exceptional to work with and so patient to answer my questions. The work was professional from start to finish. Would recommend them.

If anyone needs new roof, I definitely recommend Storm Guard. They made the process so easy on our faily, we basically were hardly involved even though it took our insurance over a year to approve the installation of the new roof. Once approved, we made an install appointment and within a day we had a new, beautiful roof! They also were very diligent about cleaning after the work was done, and about putting all outside decor in its place :) One more thing, our dog LOVES Gavin Goh, who was the initial representative of the company we came in contact with. Gavin has been such a pleasure to work with, we told him he is basically a part of our family now! We are extremely pleased with the work that was done on our house.

I used Storm Guard to replace the old rubber membrane on the flat portion of my roof. I found the company to be very professional, responsive and easy to work with, especially the Field Inspector/Salesperson, Gavin Goh.

Bakyt is the BEST!!! We had several companies come out to give us a quote for our fascia repair and roof. After meeting with all of them, I decided to go with Storm Guard. Bakyt really gave me a good feeling. He used to work on the insurance side of things so he was able to tell me what the process was like on insurance and roofing side. You can tell he is very knowledgeable and gave me the worst and best case scenarioâ ¦but assured me that he would make sure our roof and fascia is repaired without breaking our pockets. He kept to his word every step of the way. I am truly impressed by not only his professionalism, honesty, and dedication but his genuine concern he seemed to have. He really wanted to do the right thing and make sure we were taken care of. The guys came out and replaced everything in a day. I want to thank the whole team who helped along the way. The service was AMAZING! They helped us determine the cause of the leaks - a bad hail storm - and covered the area so it would not leak until repaired. They helped us get the insurance coverage, and once approved, completed the work (large ranch house) in just 2 days. They even fixed the ceiling! In addition, they helped us work with the solar panel company to remove and then reinstall solar panels we had purchased just a year earlier. Gavin was amazing helping us through the process. They really earned their 5 stars.

The team at Storm Guard Gavin, Jen and Melissa are are a team of hardworking professionals that I can't thank enough. Handled calls, emails and texts promptly. Gavin was always on time when coming by the house. Jenn and Melissa took time to explain everything and answered all my questions. When the job was complete, Gavin came by and checked it out to make sure I was happy. I'm ESTATIC. ð . The installation guys were fast and did a good job of cleaning up. Forgot to mention, they had a drone which took lots of picture so I could see how much damage was done. You won't be disappointed with this company.

I would recommend Storm Guard for your roofing issues. When I had a leak in my family room during the summer, Storm Guard was the only company that took time to come out and accurately diagnose problems relating to our roof. When utilizing the services of Storm Guard, ask for Bakyt Kenenbaev. He has worked in the roofing industry for many years. GAVIN IS THE BEST!!!! AND A GREAT COMMUNICATOR!!! HE IS VERY INTERESTED IN TAKING CARE OF HIS CLIENTS. Recently Storm Guard installed a new roof at my property. They were professional and guided me through the claims process with my insurance company. Jenn, Gavin and Jordan were all very pleasant, helpful, professional and responded quickly whenever I left a message. On the day of the Installation the crew arrived at 8:00 a.m. and finished around 6:00 p.m. They were very friendly and worked well together. They left no debris in the yard and I was impressed. I would highly recommend Storm Guard for any project you my be considering.

Very helpful through insurance claim process.

Storm Guard did an excellent job in repairing my roof. But I think what was more important was their commitment to customer service. There were several intangibles that normally don't get accounted for such as offering to do patch work on a small section of the roof that was damaged in a subsequent storm at no cost until they were able to repair the whole roof. They kept in touch throughout the entire process and made sure that I understood each step in the process. When they came to repair the roof they made sure that there was minimal disturbance to the property, and they kept the place clean during and after the job. They demonstrated integrity and professionalism, but the most help came from Jenn in the office. She assisted me through the entire process of taking with the insurance adjuster and helping to clarify misunderstandings that initially delayed insurance payouts. I'm the end, I have a good looking professionally installed roof that I am please to have on display.
