+ -1 moreDURING THE LAST MONTH REPEATED CALLS TO STONEGATT CUSTOM HOMES HAVE BEEN IGNORED. MY HOME IS LESS THAN 1 YEAR OLD.
Description of Work: INDOOR AIR QUALITY TESTING HAS IDENTIFIED MOLD TYPES THAT ARE HEALTH HAZARDS TO HUMANS. SERIOUS CONSTRUCTION PROBLEMS HAVE BEEN IDENTIFIED. THE BUILDER, JOHN SCHRODER, IS NOT COOPERATING WITH THE CONSTRUCTION REPAIRS, OR HONORING THE WARRANTY.
