+ -1 moreAs a residential real estate agent, I hire Stage-A-Star 20-30 per year to perform Staging Consultations for my clients who are going to put their home on the market. This service is so valuable to a home seller that I pay for it as part of my listing plan. Teresa always shows up on time and has a great way of communicating and prioritizing home staging tasks. Don't list your home with out contacting Stage A Star first.
Description of Work: We use Teresa Meyer of Stage-A-Star regularly for our residential real estate listing clients. As a residential real estate agent, I hire Teresa to perform a Staging Consultation on nearly every home that I list. She meets with my clients for 2-3 hours and goes through their home room by room. She provides them with a Top 10 priority list that gives a home seller a plan of attack to properly prepare their home for the market. In addition, she also councils the home seller on how to be prepared for showings on short notice. Teresa always offers inexpensive way to enhance your home to make it show its very best. She also has a great network of contractors that help to get task done quickly and cost effectively. Anyone considering the sale of a home in today's competitive market should hire Stage-A-Star and Teresa Meyer for her Staging Consultation Service.
