Description of Work: They did a great job installing the furnace and air conditioner system in the cold of January when our 20 plus year old furnace gave up the ghost. In 24 hours they had us up and running and they are just genuinely very nice people to deal with. A family owned business owned by wonderful folks. Also the furnace and equipment we bought are very high quality.

Description of Work: Came out and did checkout and maintanence program on furnace. Toby was great and fully explained the status of my 23 yr old furnace. Even though nothing was wrong with it he provided some insight that no one had even done in the past. I recommend him to everyone, he's honest and trustworthy and that is refreshing in today's world.

Description of Work: Bought two AC inspections and checks from them through Angie's List. Performed those checks. Reported that our refrigerant was low. Cost was $160 to charge more into the system. My concern was that it had to have leaked out somewhere if it was missing. He admitted that it could have been low all along but he had no previous data to gauge that from. I would have preferred to do a more thorough check for leaks before charging more refrigerant into the system which could easily leak out as well. Other than that issue was satisfied with the service.
