Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal to have my air conditioner cleaned and serviced. However I do not plan to have the service performed until September.

Description of Work: I bought the big deal. I contacted the service provider, I found out he doesn't have a license for Kentucky. I thought no harm no foul. I contacted another provider, he requested payment, asking that I get the refund from Angies list. thank you

Description of Work: I called Tony before buying Big Deal to make sure the offer was for cleaning and servicing unit. Upon purchase Big Deal I called him again - he was on a job and could not set up appt. and promised to call that me that evening. Our schedules seemed to conflict. That evening my unit quit working and since he had not called by 8:30 the next day I did not have time to wait. Since I may need to purchase unit, I did not trust his service since he failed to call as promised.

Description of Work: Spivey Heating and Air Conditioning tuned up my Air Conditioner and added Freon to it.

Description of Work: Mr. Spivey called ahead, arrived on schedule, explained what he was doing, and was very personable. He explained why new part needed for the AC and didn't charge me for extra work he had to do with another problem. I would highly recommend Spivey Heating and Cooling. I have already secured another coupon for them to return in the fall to check out the furnace before winter.

Description of Work: they came out and looked at my furnace and took parts off and cleaned it real good. The guy was a very nice gentleman and was here for about an hour. He also explained what he did. I would hire them again anytime.

Description of Work: I am very pleased with the service that I received from Spivey Heat and Cooling. The motor broke for the blower on my furnace. No blower, no AC. They fixed the motor and then it was discovered that we needed the coils and drip pan replaced. Not good, but Mr. Spivey was able to get the parts quickly even thought it was an old unit. He did the work efficiently, quickly and explained everything he was doing and why. So refreshing. I would definitely call them again and/or recommend them to a friend.
