Jeff did an excellent job. They were quick to respond, cleaned up after each day and very courteous. They sealed off the room and cleaned everything in the room to eleminate all mold spores. The room looks new. This work was coverd under an insurance claim and Jeff did an excellent job of coordinating with the insurance adjuster.
Description of Work: I had a water pipe leak in an interiror wall of a spare bedroom. Jeff and his team had to tear out the drywall, and carpet that was damaged by water. He remediated mold and moisture insde the wall. Once remediation was completed he coordinated hiring a sub-contractor to come and reconstruct the room. He had the room tested before remediation and after to make sure that all the mold had been eleminated.

+ -1 moreOverall we are somewhat satisfied. Our sofa looks good - not great. I do not know if a different product would have given a less fading effect. It's too late to worry about it now.
Description of Work: Our sofa and matching chair were dry cleaned. We chose the dry cleaning method because of concern about the RED color might fade with the normal steam cleaning. The color still faded quite a bit on the arms of the sofa where they had to do the most cleaning even with the dry method. I expressed these concerns in the beginning and I'm sure they did their best with the product that they had.

+ -1 moreI have a very large basement but Jeff and his crew were able to save all my carpeting and furnishings through their quick response to this drain backup. After they were done with the carpet cleaning, the carpet looks and smells fresher than before. They were very professional and very thorough.
Description of Work: A drain in my basement backed-up during a torrential rainstorm. Jeff and his crew responded to my call within two hours. They quickly dried everything out and came back to clean and sanitize the carpeting.
