I called on a Sunday and they called me back and set something up for Monday morning. They came out Monday morning and quickly fixed the issue. Even though I told them I thought we may need a new AC unit, they didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. They fixed the part and we were good to go. And they were really friendly and explained everything. Very grateful to have found a Heating and Cooling company I can trust!

ow foundOn the Morning of Dec. 26, our furnace quit working. So, we needed someone to get it going pretty quickly. We looked through the phone book for local repair businesses - and started calling. Every place we called were either closed, didn't answer the phone, or wouldn't come out until the next day - even the ones claiming 24 hour emergency service. THANK GOODNESS we called Sandlin! They came out within the hour, and tried all the things, such as cleaning sensors, to get us going without a lot of expense, and did get it going for a bit. They said we needed the solid state control module, which may be hard to find since our furnace is 20+ years old. They looked for it the next day and thought they would have to order it, but they somehow found one the same day and came out and installed it. Now, our furnace works perfectly. The expedient service, professional work ethics, and cleanup were very impressive. Besides posting here, we are spreading recommendations for them by word of mouth.

We told our son to give Sandlin Heating and Cooling a call since they had just fixed our A/C. When he called he was told that they were not taking on new customers. After our son told them that we had said they were the best in town, they agreed to look at his A/C. The repairman determined the the controller board was bad, told him what part to order online, and installed it on the second visit a week later.

I called them on Tuesday, during a run of 95+ degree days, and asked if they could inspect my A/C since it was not keeping the house cool during the day. Two men came the next day, cleaned the outside unit and the filters in the furnace, checked the Freon levels in the outside unit, and it only took them about 45 minutes. My wife works from home, and they were very quiet so she was able to attend her phone meeting.The A/C ran much better after that, even keeping it cool with 8 people in the house the following weekend. The repairmen are fast, courteous, and clean up after themselves. Since they also repaired our furnace last February, I know we don't have to worry about our heating or cooling this year. I will contact them again next spring to have this maintenance performed again.

Called on a Saturday and left a message we needed to have our furnace looked at for an intermittent problem. They called back that evening and made an appointment to come on Monday, but would have come sooner if it was an emergency. They arrived on schedule Monday afternoon and very quickly determined the root cause of the problem. They asked if I wanted the oil filter and nozzle changed as a preventative measure. This is a routine service that should be done annually on this type of furnace, and we hadn't thought to do that in a few years, so was very glad they mentioned it and came prepared for it. The work was completed in about an hour. They cleaned up after themselves and asked that I call right away if there were any problems. This was over a month ago, and there have been no problems at all. We will definitely call them again!

It went very well and I was very happy with such a prompt response to my call, especially on a weekend! I have used Mr. Sandlin's services in the past and I have consistently been more than satisfied, by everything he has done for me at my home and at my office.

WHEN MY O AIRFICE CONDITIONER STOPPED WORKING, MR. SANDLIN CAME IN A TIMELY MANNER TO EVALUATE THE SITUATION AFTER HE WAS CALLED. HE TOOK THE TIME TO SHOW ME EXACTLY WHAT HAD HAPPENED TO THE OUTSIDE UNIT AND WHY IT HAD FAILED. I RATED MR. SANDLIN WITH A'S IN THE SALIENT AREAS, BUT I AM NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT PRICES, SO I RATED THAT N/A, NOT BECAUSE IT WAS NOT APPLICABLE, BUT BECAUSE I LACK THE KNOWLEDGE TO GIVE AN ACCURATE RESPONSE. I HAD USED MR. SANDLIN IN THE PAST (BEFORE I WAS A MEMBER OF ANGIE'S LIST), AND I HAD BEEN PLEASED WITH HIS RESPONSIVENESS WHEN NEEDED TO GET BIRDS OUT OF THE OFFICE FURNACE OUTLET, AND OTHER PROBLEMS WITH THE FURNACE.
