Ryan knows plumbing and is fast, thorough and personable. He diagnosed and fixed my kitchen faucet and water heater temperature problem in a jiffy.

Excellent. When we first called, we left a message and he returned call within 15 minutes. Scheduled for next day. Was on time, very professional and personable. He wasted no time removing and installing new water heater. His rates were extremely reasonable. Will definitely contact him again when we re-do our bathroom.

Ryan Pater (one man operation) was right on time. He got to work and was quick, thorough, and professional in the performance of his tasks as well as being careful to protect his surroundings. He was very thoughtful using the garage entrance rather than the front door to prevent tracking dirt thru the main part of the house as well as not agitating my dogs. He is a dog lover. I highly recommend him. He also provided a list of other professionals (paint, electric, builder, etc) he recommends which will be very helpful.
