Rose bought out the service compoany I was using & raised prices, cut back on services & was not accomodating on appointment times for people who work during the day. I stopped using them 2 years ago and would never consider going back.

We started out with a company in the early nineties who was bought out by Rose. They did a pest control service end of month as normal but then came back and did the next month's service 4 days later. I expressed that I felt this was the same as being double-billed. I called to let them know if they didn't credit the service performed 4 days later I would cancel my service. Lady said she would have someone call me but I never heard from anyone. I sent a letter advising of my unhappiness with the situation and to cancel my service. No one ever contacted me.
