Description of Work: We contacted them for an estimate to trim and prune a large honey locust tree. They came out and gave estimate-few days later we contacted them to do the work. They said it would be a few days.This was in July. Didn't hear from them-called them on 7-14-2015 was told the weather had them behind. Waited until October, called them back and left message asking when work would be done. No reply. Waited another week, called and left message. No reply!

THE WORK PERFORMED WAS NOT SATISFACTORY. WE CONTACTED RED OAK SEVERAL TIMES AND SET UP APPOINTMENTS TO MEET AND DISCUSS HOW MUCH MORE OF THE TREES NEEDED TRIMMED; ON BOTH OCCASIONS RED OAK DIDN'T SHOW UP.
Description of Work: WE HAD FOUR TREES TRIMMED, THREE AT THE HOME WE LIVE IN AND ONE AT ONE OF OUR RENTAL PROPERTIES.
