+ -1 moreHe was prompt, polite, & professional. He was aware we had an older A/C unit & was able to professionally suggest that it would probably not last much longer, but didn't pressure me at all to purchase a new one.
Description of Work: My air conditioning unit was assessed for leaks & other problems. It was determined we had a freon leak. My unit was recharged & has worked great ever since.

+ -1 moreTHEY MADE AN EXTRA EFFORT TO HAVE THE AIR CONDITIONER INSTALLED AND WORKING AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE BECAUSE IT WAS SUCH A HOT DAY. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY, ACCOMMODATING AND PROFESSIONAL.
Description of Work: WE HAD OUR OLD AIR CONDITIONER AND HEATER REMOVED AND NEW CARRIER ONE INSTALLED.
