Description of Work: Put camera in main line to locate blockage. The second trip put auger in line to remove tree roots and clear the main line. They were most helpful and did a great job, better than any other plumber previously had. Would definitely have them again should it ever be necessary. Hopefully not.

+ -1 moreI was happy with the experience. I did not hire them to do the work, they took care of everything while I did some other work around the house. If I needed this service in the future I would go to them.
Description of Work: This company inspected my sewer line before the gas company did some work at the street. They found some blockage in the line and arranged to have it removed so that they could complete their inspection.

+ -1 morePinpoint was very professional about the whole matter. They were flexible in scheduling the different stages of the inspection. I was not charged for the work because the inspection was required by the gas company prior to installation of a gas line. I was happy with the service they performed.
Description of Work: Pinpoint was hired by the gas company to inspect my sewer line. Pinpoint left a notice on my door that they needed to perform this inspection. The performed the initial inspection but could not complete the inspection due to an obstruction in the line. They brought out a subcontractor to clear tree roots from the line so that they could complete the inspection.

Description of Work: INSPECTED DRAIN PIPE TO LOCATE CLOG SEWER LINE & HELP DETERMINE CAUSE VIA VIDEO CAMERA PROBE WITH RESULTS COPIED ONTO A VIDEO DISC. POST REPAIR FOLLOW-UP PERFORMED TO ASSURE CORRECTIONS ACHEIVED.
