Excellent! No more rodents!

Since our roof was damaged by a storm, insurance paid for it. The work went really well. The quality of their work was very very good. We would use their service again if needed.

First of all, my initial contact with the company was with a very nice and helpful Office Manager named Kristen. She set up the estimate and when the time came to schedule the repairs, she was wonderful about working within my schedule and was very responsive to our needs. The Contractor was Tim D. and he was both professional and spent time explaining the work. I very much appreciated not only his skill, but his ability to communicate what he was doing. Our roof is fixed and good to go for, hopefully, another 15 years.

I was impressed with this company after my first phone call to them. They were quick to come out and give me an estimate on the spot. They even offered to help me with my insurance adjuster if needed. I had several estimates and met with several roofing companies and it was a no-brainer to choose Overhead Roofing to do my roof when all was said and done! Everyone I came in contact with at this company has been wonderful. They did an excellent job and made sure I was 100% satisified and happy with the new roof once the job was done. My roof looks great and I couldn't be happier!!!

Overhead Roofing was very thorough when they came to give me the estimate. They stayed within their estimate. There was crew of about 13, and they were able to complete the job in one day. They did an excellent job. They cleaned up wonderfully after themselves.

We had a great experience with this company. We first contacted them a year ago, upon advice of our real estate agent, when we were in contract negotiations to purchase this home. At one point they were able to get someone out here within the day to provide a bid when we were pressed on time because of our contract deadlines. I remembered the office manager, Kristen, to be extremely responsive and flexible from that past experience, and when we contacted them more recently to fix damage caused by the recent hurricane-strength winds, our experience was just as good. We got multiple bids for the work; theirs was not the cheapest, but it was far from the highest. I liked that Mark was the specific contractor who came out to do the bid AND do the work, so there were no surprises. He was friendly and professional during the entire process, and didn't try to upsell me on replacing the entire section of roof as some others did. He was clear about what he was going to be doing, and let us know ahead of time that it was going to be next-to-impossible to exactly match our siding when he did the repair. I can hardly notice the difference, but I appreciated that he told us that up front. We ask A LOT of questions before scheduling work and compare information on all the bids, but we definitely got all the information we needed from Kristen, the office manager, whenever I contacted her. She got back to me when she said she would, and the whole process happened just as she told me it would. We haven't had any major rains since the work was done, but we definitely have seen no traces of the small leaks that were fixed. Should the need arise, we will definitely contact this company again.

They gave a free estimate and at least 3 references where they had a roof replaced also. They are very reasonable and am really satisfied. I had gotten many estimates and they were really professional.

Staff seemed very knowledgeable. They appeared to want to do the best job possible.

TOOK THREE DAYS LONGER THAN PROMISED. CREW SHOWED UP LATE SEVERAL TIMES, AND USED PROFANITY WHILE WORKING ON TWO OCCASIONS. MORE THAN 500 NAILS LEFT ON SITE WHEN CREW LEFT - COLLECTED AND COUNTED BY MY FAMILY! DID NOT PROTECT DECK RAILINGS, SO NOW NEED TO REPLACE RAIL CAPS. WE ARE STILL WORKING WITH THE OWNER TO REACH SATISFACTORY SETTLEMENT.
