 + -1 moreI wasn't here but they left a sign. We don't pay by the application. We pay by the year. In February I pay for the whole year and then they give you a discount for paying for the whole year up front. We have a big lot. So far they have been good. I never really compared the price. So far the quality is good. They come out on their own schedule. It's not like I call them when they come out, they just come out on their own scheduled. They seem to make all the visits they are supposed to make.
Description of Work: They do what they do in the spring. They put some kind of feed and maybe weed stuff down.

 + -1 moreI accidently cracked open a sprinkler line when planting a bush. Did not know the line was in my garden. A geyser appeared and I called the city water service, thinking a water main had been hit. The response team told me it was my sprinkler system and shut it off. I called four different companies--all Angie's List service companies--and was told the earliest they could make the repair was the following week. Then I called Oasis. Jim said he would come out that day even though it was going to require a good bit of travel time. He came at around 2pm, right on time, and made the repair quickly. The water was turned back on when I got home from work. A very professional experience. Will definitely use his company again!

 + -1 moreJim (who comes out every fall to blow out the sprinkler lines) came out on schedule to investigate a sprinkler line leak. He found it and quickly repaired it. I tested it and everything was fine. Quick work was done at a very reasonable price.

Description of Work: This was about 2 years ago; I called Oasis to find what the cost would be to activate system that had not been used since we moved in- (-about 5 years prior) to call. We had not used the system as I wanted to avoid the water bill. The person I talked to indicated there probably would be problems and was not forthcoming on a price for a service call--however I ask him to stop by anyway. No one called back or showed up; but I continue to this day to receive a reminder of time to winterize. I decided to check out the business location as it was close by--in a drive by-- it seems to consist of a medium size ranch house with no sign of it being a business. As a result when I decided to activate the system this year I looked on your list and found a very resposive and well organized company in Mason-- that being Vanderwist--they have my business-- and you have my report in the file relative to their work.  + -1 moreJim showed up early and waited for me to get to my home. He was pleasant & professional. He educated me on my system since I just purchased this home. When I asked about upgrades to the system he recommended to stick to what I had. In addition he told me how to save money in the spring.
