Tony at Northwest Heating & Air is wonderful! We tried a few others and have been so much happier since we found Tony. Two years ago our central air unit started making noise. We called around for someone and some companies were terribly unresponsive or expensive. After getting someone to come out, we were told our system was going to die within the season (of course with a recommendation for a new system). After an expensive 'temporary' fix which appeared to just be a disassemble/reassemble and a fee for coming out, we decided to wait for it to die before agreeing to meet with thier sales team or sign up for thier yearly maintenence contract. So last summer when the unit started making noise again, we decided to call Tony based on some glowing reviews from friends, neighbors and NextDoor. He was able to actually replace the part in question for a less than what the other service charged us (for a system check without any part replacement) and it hasn't been and issue since. He was friendly and explained the issue in plain and understandable language with no pressure to buy more or upsell additional services. We had to call him out this summer for an unrelated issue and we were again impressed with his response time, communication and prices. I wouldn't consider using anyone else; Tony treats us like a neighbor, not a potential cash cow.

Most horrible experience ever. I think the guy is racist. He asked me where I was from. He also did not diagnose the issue. Very very bad person.

Our A/C stopped working Monday night. Via a recently purchased home warranty we were referred to Northwest Heating and A-C. I called at 8:30 PM and got an 8:00 AM Tuesday appointment. Tony showed up 7:55 AM and had it working by 8:09 AM. He showed me the fuses he replaced, told me all the other things he checked, and talked about how the home warranty worked with his repairs. The compressor ran fine for 9 hours then stopped again. I called Tony at 5:15 PM Tuesday and he said that he did not have the part he suspected needed replacing but could get it Wednesday. He only had a 5:00 PM Wed opening, but said he might be able to squeeze us into his day around 9 or 10 AM depending on other work. He said he would call if he could come earlier than 5:00. Here's where Tony really impressed me: He called at 8:15 AM Wed, said he had the part and could come right then if we were there. He was here a few minutes later, replaced the run capacitor, and had it working again by 8:30 AM. He showed me the failed capacitor and talked about how he left early to go get the part, how one supply house did not have it, and another did not open until 8:00 AM. He had to wait for them to open and come straight from there to our house. That is awesome customer service to me. He started his work day early just to make sure we had a cool house on a hot and humid summer day. He is extremely nice to work with, very professional in his appearance, explains things well, is beyond prompt in showing up earlier than scheduled twice, works quickly, and is really dedicated to great customer service. A++ in any way you could measure him. Note that the $100 I paid was the deductible on the home warranty. I am not sure what the total would have been out of pocket, but I am sure it would be fair and reasonable. The home warranty company will be paying the rest of his bill. Thanks, Tony! Very well! Professional, punctual and service oriented.

Spent 45 minutes finding leak , fixed , and replace freon. Was not charged for service, pleasantly surpised companies still back up their work. Would recommend their services

Called Tony for a second opinion on work suggested by Thompson for $866. Informed that the motor and condensor that Thompson said needed replacing was not necessary. Tony then checked the refrigerant and said it was low, but the leak I had must be small and suggested we try to use sealant first. He added a can of sealant and topped off the refrigerant. Total cost $268. Honest, professional, and trustworthy....Thanks Tony!
