We contracted through Lowe's for a roof and gutter replacement. So we didn't specifically ask for Mollett but that's who showed up. The Mollett crew showed up on time, made the gutters on site, and with only 2 men did the entire house, downspouts and all in about 3 hrs. They were both professional and didn't mess around, got the job done quickly and it looks and performs the way we hoped it would. I would recommend them based on our experience.

They said they would be able to get the work completed in about two weeks. It has been more than a month, and they still have not come out to do the work. When I talked to them this morning, they said they would not be able to come out until October 9th. They said the reason for the delay was because they got swamped with other orders, after they took my order.

They were fast and professional, they did a great job. Definitely competitive price.

I would not use them in the future b/c to me this indicates a basic lack of professionalism and would expect the service to be downhill from here.

We were extremely pleased with the quality of the work done and the quickness with which they scheduled and completed the work after we accepted the contract. The new downspouts that were added did not, in any way, detract from the appearance of the house.

THEY DID A FANTASTIC JOB. IT WAS VERY QUICK, THE COLOR OF THE GUTTERS AND DOWNSPOUTS LOOKS GREAT WITH THE HOUSE, THEY CLEANED UP ALL THE OLD METAL. BEST OF ALL, THE GUTTER GUARDS WORK AND WE NO LONGER HAVE WATER LEAKING INTO OUR BASEMENT. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM HIGHY.

I FOUND THIS COMPANY TO BE VERY HONEST IN ASSESSING OUR GUTTERS. WHERE OTHERS WANTED TO SELL ME NEW GUTTERS, THEY ADVISED US THAT THEY WERE FINE AND JUST NEEDED REPAIR. THEY EVEN GAVE US A A DO-IT-YOURSELF OPTION, BUT WE FELT THEIR PRICE WAS FAIR AND WERE HAPPY TO LET THEM DO THE WORK!

COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH JOB, BUT EMPLOYEE'S COULD PRESENT THEMSELVES A LITTLE MORE PROFESSIONALLY.

THE SALESPERSON WAS VERY RELAXED, TO SAY THE LEAST, ABOUT RETURNING OUR CALLS. HIS ORIGINAL ESTIMATE OFFERED A ROUNDABOUT SOLUTION THAT SEEMED UNNECESSARILY COMPLEX. WHEN WE QUESTIONED THAT, HE QUICKLY CAME BACK WITH A MORE STRAIGHTFORWARD SOLUTION THAT CUT THE PROPOSED COST BY MORE THAN 25%. THE GUTTERS WERE INSTALLED WITH WHAT APPEARS TO BE GOOD CRAFTSMANSHIP, AND THEY ARE PERFORMING AS EXPECTED. THE INSTALLERS DIDN'T DO A VERY GOOD JOB OF CLEANING UP, AND LEFT A GREAT MANY NAILS AND LARGER PIECES OF METAL DEBRIS IN THE YARD.
