They bought the company that installed my system, which is how I ended up using them. They came out pretty soon after I called about the motor, declared it dead and installed a new one. Price was reasonable, I thought. I was happy. That was a year ago. Annual inspection by the county revealed the new motor wasn't running. Not sure how long it had been dead. I received a notice that I needed to get it fixed or be fined. I called to let them know I had only a few weeks to get it fixed. I followed up with another call a week later when I hadn't heard back. Just followed up with yet another call. I am not happy that the motor died a year after it was installed. Less happy that the county found it. And less happy that they don't seem to feel that fixing it is urgent. We'll see how much they charge to fix the defective motor. That will determine whether I lower my rating. Updated 4-22-11 They never showed up to fix the motor and never called, despite another call from me. I called Gullet Sanitation. They came out the same day and replaced teh motor and fixed several other problems that probably led to the second motor's demise. They also sold me a maintenance contract and my total bill was only $950 which tells me the original price from M&C was extremely inflated.
