Hired Limpiar Cleaning Solutions for a cleaning and tuckpointing job. I was getting ready to be out of town and I trusted the job being professionally done with no supervision. When I got back the results were beyond mediocre. The brick had residue of mold and algae still, the mortar color did not match the original color and the tuckpointing was done with thick patches not even flushed with the rest of the mortar and with huge chunks on the face of the brick. This is a historic home from 1927 that I am getting ready to sell and it looks absolutely terrible. I paid $2000 dollars for the whole job, and the owner argued that he was going with expenses out of pocket and he needed 75%, which I stupidly agreed to. Since then he never showed up to finish all the left over items. He mentioned they were here the whole week, and they were only here 2 days, since my neighbor supervised the work for me. I ended up telling the owner I did not even want him to touch my property anymore, since they had no idea what they were doing, and took it as a loss. This is the most unprofessional and mediocre job I have ever dealt with and I will probably have to spend the same amount of money to get a real company to redo the job.

I don't know what his problem is, but I see no reason to forgive this kind of behavior.
