John's great. We had THREE sump pumps, one of which was a grinder, in our basement and I wanted to reduce the number and be more efficient. I also wanted our utility sink to drain to the grinder instead of the ground water pump. Not only did it do it quickly, efficiently and effectively, he did it for less than the original quote! I will be hiring him again when we go to install a second bath on the ground floor!

A master plumber is the person you need to do all your plumbing work. JG Plumbing is just that and the piece of mind after the work is done is wonderful.

They did a very good job at a very reasonable price.

They did great work overall and for the price was an excellent value. My only issue was when they were done and gone I noticed one of my light bulbs was broken and the glass was swept into a dust pan and left sitting in the basement. The chain on my lighting fixture was also broken. There was no mention of them breaking anything which I though was very unprofessional. If I had been told I would not have been angry or upset.

John was extremely professional - he returned calls immediately, was able to get us on his schedule fairly quickly, was on time, courteous and did not try to upsell services and/or products that we did not need. I recommend JG Plumbing to anyone - we will use him again if the need arises.

After having a pipe cut and extended in my front lawn, I spoke to another two plumbers on getting more work done in the spring because I was not happy with the estimate. Both plumbers said I was overcharged by $100 or more, the service charge was separate and not credited towards the work. For less than one hour of work I paid $340. The job was simple but it was cold out and he came on time to do the work and that was the only positive experience, Next time I will get estimates, always ask if the service charge to come out to the house is applied towards the work, most of them do that, but no this one. I would not call them back,

We called about a faucet that kept running. The owner himself came, and found water pressure so high it was causing damage to the lines. He had the water company come to fix the problem on their end before we had MAJOR problems> Thank you, thank you thank you!

John is a really nice guy and is very responsive. I had a leak in my kitchen ceiling and he came out to give an estimate the same day I called. He was able to identify the leak and fixed the pipe quickly. His team was also very polite and cleaned up everything when they were done. Will definitely be using JG Plumbing for any future needs.
