SERANDIPITOUSLY NOTICED THAT THE BASEMENT WAS FLOODED. CALLED MR WILDER AND HE WAS AT THE HOUSE WITHIN 30 MINUTES. SHUT OFF ARREA WATER PIPE ZONE & MADE AN APPOINTMENT TO COME THE NEXT DAY TO REPLACE BROKEN FIXTURE. GAVE PIPING TO ME FOR INSURANCE ESTIMATER. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND TOOK HIS TIME PERFORMING A SUPERLATIVE JOB. WOULD CERTAINLY REFER HIM TO ANYONE IN NEED OF A PLUMBER.
Description of Work: DUE TO A PIPE BURSTING MR. WILDER RESPONDED IMMEDEIATELY. REPLACED DEFECTIVE PIPE FAUCET. INSTALLED A NEW SINK FAUCET AS AN ADD ON, AND CHECKED GARBAGE DISPOSAL THAT WAS MAKING NOISE. (FOUND A PIECE OF PLASTIC IN SINK
