 + -1 moreIn Like Flynn's overall rating was high. He was the first to respond to my request, but couldn't see the project til the following week. I thought he was personable on the phone and, yes, as others said, he arrived on time. I had a good estimate before seeing him, but held the company off to get this estimate. I thought he seemed honest and capable. He gave verbal estimates as we walked around. He said he'd follow up with a written estimate...that's where the issue began. Written estimate didn't arrive and I informed him that I wanted work complete before Mother's Day (we met in February). I requested the estimate a couple times. When I received it, the pricing was higher than verbal estimate. I questioned that, but he was firm on price, so decided to pull a few items off the project to get to the price I could afford. He never responded. I reached out several times, but no quote. Now the season is busy and I don't have a contractor. Seek another, responsive contractor.

Description of Work: Had my garage floor replaced, it's about 750 feet from the street so the concrete had to be brought back with buggies because of risk of damage with the concrete truck on the driveway.
