We have used this Plumber 3 or 4 times in the past. We were always happy with his workmanship and honesty. So when we called 2 weeks ago for repair of our master bathroom toilet we were willing to wait for him to fit us into his schedule. We were scheduled at least 3 times over that 2 week period but John did not arrive at the appointed time in fact he never arrived. Once he called to reschedule, but did not show up and no call. Another time or two we had to call him to find out what was going on and finally the last scheduled day he called to say he over slept but would be right over. We never heard from him again. We are so disappointed because we felt that we had a good relationship with John and would have liked a better outcome. We also feel that he could have been honest about his availability.

He was excellent and the work turned out well.

Excellent - he's a really good plumber. His prices are good and he is punctual!

We have used them about four or five times and they are outstanding. They are always on time and very professional. They offer great suggestions and they educate me. He didn't just fix what he came to do he would fix anything that needs to be fixed. He offers fair prices. I would highly recommend him and continue to use him.

This was the second time we have used this plumber. We were very impressed the first time because he fixed the problem quickly and explained what he was doing. He arrived on time and went right to work. I had not originally asked him about the sump pump but due to recent heavy rainfall it was on my mind. After completing the tasks from the original call he took the time to look at the pump and determined that it was best to replace it. Because of knowing that this guy is honest I felt very comfortable having him install the pump right then. I feel much better with the new pump and it is so quiet, yeah!!

Very kind person. We thought we would have to replace pipe or connectors. It was just a loose connection that needed tightened! He could have made more money on the job and replaced stuff that didn't need replaced, but he was honest and trustworthy. That's Hard to find in a lot of contractors.

CAME OUT FOR THE ESTAMITE THE DAY FOLLOWING CALL. INSTALLED THE HOT WATER HEATER WITHIN THE WEEK. VERY QUICK, EFFICIENT AND HARD WORKING. HELPED ME UNDERSTAND THE WORKING OF THE NEW HOT WATER HEATER AND WHAT TO LOOK FOR WHEN LIGHTING.

CALLED WHEN IT BROKE AND HE WAS OUT THE SAME DAY TO HELP CONTROL THE LEAKING. NEXT DAY HE CAME AND DUG UP THE AREA AND REPLACED THE BROKEN PIPE WITH THE COPPER PIPING. HE DID A GREAT JOB, QUICK. SAVED MY BASEMENT. WILLING TO HELP FIX THE YARD.
