Honey Dippin Septic

Review of Honey Dippin Septic near Hamilton, OH 45013 (11/30/2017) – Mr. Wayne Neeley, owner and operator. He also does (or has done) business as: Poop Dynasty; M&C Septic Service; M&C Excavating and Septic Systems, LLC. Perhaps other variations upon “M&C Septic” as well. I have had to go to court to seek redress for the harm done to me by Mr. Neeley doing business as Honey Dippin Septic. The court ruled in my favor 11/1/2017. My experience with Mr. Neeley is that he is unscrupulous and deceitful. I cannot say this strongly enough: Never risk doing business with this man, or with any of his companies. On 4/28/2017 I contracted with Mr. Wayne Neeley to rebuild and return to me my septic tank aerator. He took my unit with him, along with my payment for the rebuild. He left a cheap-but-working loaner aerator in my tank as a courtesy, no fee. He expected to have my rebuild accomplished in about two weeks. By the time the court ruled in my favor, more than six months had passed since Mr. Neeley took my property and my money. He never brought my property (rebuilt or not) back to me. He had made multiple promises to do so -- including three date-specific appointments -- but broke every commitment and promise. His repetitious behaviors of dodging and dissembling were always just variations of a refusal to return my property. He even prevented me from travelling to him to effect the return of my property to me and his loaner unit to him. The plain upshot of Mr. Neeley's conduct has been to take my top-of-the-line legacy aerator unit and the payment I made to have said unit rebuilt and returned to me, and to keep them both -- and leave me his very used, low-end loaner unit instead, as fulfillment of his contract with me. This is a breach of contract, and possibly a breach of law.
