+ 1 moreWe couldn't have asked for a better experience! From the start, Green Acres (Jerry Major and team) worked with us on budget, needs, and timing. They exceeded our expectations in every way, and provided us with a brand new outdoor living space. The team always showed up on time, was incredibly courteous, and always cleaned up when they left for the day. It was a pleasure working with everyone on the Green Acres team.
Description of Work: Green Acres totally overhauled our home landscaping and outdoor living space. They worked with us to design a space that met our needs (ie, low maintenance but attractive plants, shrubs, trees). Once we agreed on the plan and budget, they removed all existing landscaping (front and back yards), redefined existing and new beds, and installed all new plants, shrubs, and trees. Additionally, they removed our existing concrete patio and replaced it with a larger paver patio, with landscaping to allow for privacy in our back yard.

+ 2 moreThey did a fantastic work. We love what they did. We love working with the people. Every single thing they did was fantastic. The only negative was they were five months late. They were supposed to get it done in July and they didn't start until October and then when they got it done, they got it done and they did it very, very well; it's just was five months late.
Description of Work: They did a lot of hardscapes and a lot of softscapes. For softscaping, it was primarily trees and rerouting a couple of sidewalk areas and then mulching around it and for hardscaping, they built three patio walls and a patio bench and a fire pit and another retention wall around a flower bed and about 10 or 12 trees that we had planted.

+ -1 moreI called and the person politely listened to what I needed done and stated that they would not be available to do the job because several weeks out on jobs. I had not stated when I wanted this done. I felt that the person just did not want to do the job or he would have stated he was not able to earlier. I am sure they are busy now but how did he know I wouldn't wait until later to get the work done. I had requested an estimate.

+ 0 moreI DIDN'T HAVE A PROBLEM WITH ANY OF THE WORK THEY DID. MY YARD LOOKS WELL PUT TOGETHER. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB SELECTING THE CORRECT SHRUBS AND TREES TO FIT OUR PROPERTY. I'M GLAD I DIDN'T HIRE SOMEONE ELSE.
Description of Work: THE COMPANY DESIGNED OUR PROPERTY AFTER WE BUILT OUR NEW HOUSE. THEY PLANTED VARIOUS TYPES OF SHRUBS AND TREES.

+ -1 moreTHIS EXPERIENCE WAS OKAY BUT NOT THE GREATEST. THE STAFF WAS NICE ENOUGH BUT WE ASKED TO HAVE THIS DELIVERED TO OUR BACK YARD INSTEAD OF THE FRONT SINCE THIS WAS WHERE WE NEEDED IT. THE LOT BEHIND OUR HOUSE WAS EMPTY BUT THE DRIVER WOULD NOT DRIVE THROUGH THE LOT. WE THEN HAD TO TRANSER ALL THE TOPSOIL OURSELVES.
Description of Work: MY HUSBAND AND I HAD 10 YARDS OF TOPSOIL DELIVERED TO OUR HOUSE TO PUT DOWN IN THE BACK YARD TO START PLACING SEED FOR A NEW LAWN. GREEN ACRES DELIVERED THE TOPSOIL ON OUR DRIVEWAY.
