They came out to provide an estimate. It took quite a bit of time before the services could be provided. I took half of a day off of work as I was told they would arrive between 8:00-8:30 and be finished by noon. At 9:30 I called the company and was told that they were not scheduled to be at my house until noon, even though I had an email confirming the start time. I cancelled the service, fully prepared to find another company. Tim Richey called me after I told them I would be going with another company and said they were working on a commercial site and there were problems with that job that they had to fix before they could come to my house. Problems are understandable. No phone call to notify me of the delay and then the subsequent run around regarding the start time is completely unacceptable. Once they arrived, the work crew was excellent. They completed the work in 3 1/2 hours and did a very good job. Unfortunately the office and scheduling staff will prevent me from using this company again.

We are in a "new" house (built in 1958) an d the insulation was the original (R10). We wanted R50. Gale came out and filled the attic with R39 (pls my original 10) to give us an R49 (code). What a huge difference it has made. The temperature is much more stable.

No problems at all. They came out the scheduled day, completed the work quickly, and left no mess.

The salesman came out promptly to take measurements and called me with prices right away. The work was performed immediately when the construction manager called for them. Did a great job!
