NOT IMPRESSED!!! We had a very large horseshoe driveway replaced in July 2017. 1 - They destroyed our neighbor’s electronic fence that ran across our property and cost $150 to repair. 2 - Front and side of our brick home was covered with concrete residue that we had to hire someone else to remove. 3 - Removed existing drain from in front of our garage and did not replace it. Now our garage floods during heavy rains. It also backs up into our bathtub. 4 - Our lawn was left covered with large pieces of concrete and gravel that destroyed the grass and we are still trying to remove it all. 5 - Sloppy broom strokes that will never go away or even fade over time. 6 - Not even 3 months after the work was complete the driveway has already started to crumble and break at the edges. 7 - Contacted the owner of the company who said he would stop by but never did. That was months ago and we still have not heard back from him. The original driveway was installed when the house was built in 1949. Sad to say but we will have to replace this driveway in a few years. If you would like to see photos just send me a request.

After two no shows they finally came to give an estimate. Communication was not great. Spilled wet concrete in two places on my lawn. The steps are nice.

These folks are honest and hard worker.They did a great job! They answered all my questions and were very courteous.

Terrible! Communication was lacking. Large job (120 foot driveway plus 50 feet of sidewalk - Job was done with 3 different pours on 3 different days-- major color differences in concrete driveway, including a middle pour with staining/spots that company owner attempted to "correct" by applying a white wax sealer on part of driveway. Sealer already flaky off the stained part after only one week and looks terrible since not entire driveway sealed. Looks like an old stained driveway instead of brand new and cost $11000.00. Sidewalk okay. Yard has trenches and bald spots from equipment. We expected driveway to be one concrete pour with uniform color - wish we had paid More $ and hired Starr Concrete since the finished project looks terrible.

I hate to do this since the owner and crew were very nice. My experience started with Anthony being late to do my estimate. We didn't get very much time since I had anther appt. I don't think that we were ever on the same page about the project. The work done was sloppy. There are numerous parts of the work that look like they were done by amateurs. Lines are not crisp and neat, finish work is sloppy, some of the work is not square. Steps look rough and some are on a slope. When I complained about some of the work they did try and fix some of it, but honestly part of what they tried to fix look worse than the original work. Splashes of concrete left on house and splattered up on other concrete work that they had already done. Yard was left a mess. Caterpillar tracks through the yard making it impossible to mow. Gravel dumped in the yard. Yard not graded out very well. I asked the owner to do a walkway sown a hill and we agreed on a price. It is way to steep and the steps at the bottom look very poorly done. I wish he had just said I can't do it for that price rather than agreeing to it and doing a poor job. We spent a substantial amount of money on this job and at the end of the day we are starting to look for a company that can come and rip most of it out and re do it. The entire project the crew was very rushed and often were trying to throw up forms while the concrete truck was in the drive way waiting on them. There was even one of their employee's who kept apologizing for the work that they did and telling me that they would fix it, it just never happened. Unfortunately, I would not be able to recommend this company for any work. Mr. Riggs reply to this complaint does not surprise me. It was obvious that he did not want to try and help since it would require more work on his part. The fixes that he made after my initial complaint were done at my cost. It is not as if he was trying to do the right thing and fix something that he did not do right the first time. Fencemasters removed my old concrete steps and built new ones. They were professional and diligent. They let me know when they were coming and cleaned up the worksite.

They did a great job. The workers were very good and left the area clean after the work was done.

The concrete work was wonderful, however the communication was awful. They pretty much only communicate by email. The first time I spoke to Anthony was when he called and said we will be there tomorrow. I don't check my email often, so when they stated they weren't going to be there the next day, I didn't see that until 45 minutes after there appointment time. Again the driveway looks fantastic! Also cleanup was not to be desired. I had to email them to state that they left sledge hammers and piping in the yard and if they were going to do the landscaping around the driveway, as they stated they would. They put the dirt back around the driveway, but that is about it. Yes I would probably hire them again, but I would strongly recommend that they work on there communication skills.

Very hardworking group of people. Kept me updated on everything they were doing.

Anthony came up with a solution to fix our ageing patio. His concrete guys showed up the next day and completed the work on time. Our new patio is completed and we are please with the results.

The Cement work was excellent. However, the clean up left much to be desired. Cups and water bottles the workers used were left in my yard. Gravel was left in my yard which I will have to pick up before I can mow that area. Also the ground is rutted where they left the Caterpillar. Large pieces of concrete was left in the ground that I have to pick up and dispose of. Plants were stepped on or had stuff put on top of them. But I will repeat, the Concrete work was great. They finished the job 3 days after coming out to view the site and give a quote. They workers were friendly and answered questions quickly.

Terrible job

I hired this company to extend my driveway. They did infact do that. The driveway is ugly looking. The finishers did a terrible job and theres patches discolorations and improper lines on it. They got concrete splatter all over my blacktop driveway and side of house and pool. The owner did reseal my driveway and get the side of pool and house cleaned. I think the owner cares but the crew was really bad. Communication was seriously lacking. It took a total of 4 days to finish a roughly 30 foot by 12 foot area, and I was never told when they where coming and going.

They were accomodating to my minor changes and asked for fair compensation.

The cost was higher than the estimate. But not bad Needed a little more landscaping. But not bad

Collateral damage alert! The existing patio had to be removed so they used the brute force of the Cat's front excavator. Back & forth movement of the Cat ripped out most of the grass in that area. (the ground was wet from previous rain) I was alerted that there would be some damage where the Cat had to turn the corner to get the to rear patio, but there was also damage to surrounding grass. They did throw topsoil around where the damaged grass used to be and suggested the type of seed to repair the lawn. When they removed the frame, clumps of grass pieces were just jammed up against the patio edge. They probably will need to be removed as they die. Two slats of my siding were pried away from the house, but they managed to push them back without securing them; one slat has a hole made by the excavator. They had to move the heat pump for some reason and failed to fill in that area leaving an edge that will erode the base once the rain hits it. The patio itself looks great. I have no complaints about that aspect, but the company began another job next door to me and didn't finish "dressing" my patio for a week. I gave the company 3 stars for value only because it will now cost me more money to repair the lawn. Two stars for customer service for abandoning me to start the "bigger" job next door. Three stars for overall quality. I was impressed by the positive reviews and that's why I hired him. Caveat emptor.

They did a great job. The only surprise was I had to do more clean up afterwards than I expected.

Anthony was absolutely great. He gave us a very fair price and the work was outstanding. Billy, the finisher, was incredible, he went over and over and over the garage floor until he was satisfied. Awesome people. I would hire them again in a heart beat. Actually we are looking at a privacy door and they are our ONLY ones I would hire again!!!! Superb job!
