Jeff and crew were great to work with. Their work was meticulous and definitely up to the level of the kitchen we were installing. Our only minor complaint was he was working on multiple projects at one time to accommodate a couple of people (including us) and we had a couple of small delays in progress. Jeff did communicate he was working multiple projects in advance, so he was very transparent. We will definitely use him again for our next project.

We are very happy with the project. Jeff and his employees were professional and courteous. Listened to my concerns/requests, but were not reluctant to give direction/advice.

FANTASTIC !! From obtaining the quote in a very timely manner through work scheduled and it was completed the following week in the time frame stated. Jeff was very fair on pricing in comparison to others. He was very detailed oriented in the quote to make absolutely sure it was accurate for what we were having done. James the installer was the nicest most professional person I've worked with to date. He made cost saving suggestions for us and really knew his trade!! If you want professional, honest and cost effective I would diffidently contact them. Paid when completed only after Jeff and James made sure we were happy and satisfied. Thank you both we absolutely love it !!!!

Jeff was a professional throughout. It was easy to discuss our plans with him, and he was responsive and helpful. While we've decided to do the job with the help of a family friend instead, we will certainly consider Feldhaus Construction again for future jobs.

Jeff and his crew (Phil, James, and Shawn) did a GREAT job for us. We bought the kitchen and mudroom items directly and had the kitchen counter tops and back splashes installed by other service providers. Jeff and his crew did all the crown molding, the electrical work, the plumbing work, installed the kitchen slide-in range and mudroom cabinets & counter top for us. They tore out old kitchen counter tops, base cabinet, and gas cook top. They also raised a master bath vanity with new electrical outlet. Jeff was very easy to work with and always communicated with us in a timely manner. Everything went smoothly and the finished product looks great and functions well.

Started this process at the end of January. Jeff suggested I work with Mark Prince at W. Stephens Cabinetry as I was looking a specific craftsman look for my new cabinets. Mark was excellent, not only in understanding my needs, but as a great resource for understanding the timeline and phases of work that I would experience. The work began on April 25th within the time frame Jeff had first communicated. The crew was punctual and professional. They always let us know what was the next step and what those expectations were. I am extremely satisfied with my new kitchen, Jeff and Mark delivered exactly what was agreed upon in a timely fashion. I would and hope to hire them again.

Jeff and his crew were very professional, courteous, and honest, from the time of the original quote, to scheduling, to completion of the job. Jeff was in regular communication throughout. All of the work, including the tear out and new tile install and the carpentry work performed, was all top notch. The job site was kept clean throughout, even though the job was by its very nature a mess-creating endeavor. I also cannot say enough good things about the quality of the layout and installation of the tile... The tile installer is a true craftsman. Would recommend Feldhaus Construction without hesitation.

Feldhaus Construction, LLC recently completed a remodel of my approx. 200 square foot builder grade master bathroom. Jeff, the owner is in constant contact and communication throughout the entire process from the initial estimate to completion. Jeff and his hardworking crew (Sean, Phil, & James) are approachable, professional and courteous. I was comfortable with them entering and working in my home when I wasn’t present. James, the tile sub is an artist with all things tile. James had excellent suggestions for unifying the various tile materials I selected together for a cohesive look. His meticulous detail and workmanship is second to none. Tiling is also messy process but I wouldn't know it since he thoroughly cleaned up every day! Sean and Phil are both skilled craftsman and their talents were instrumental to the success of the project from the demo phase on to the electric and plumbing and semi-custom cabinet installation and finishing work. I am still in wonder and awe with how efficiently and quickly they demo’d my large master bath. Issues are inevitable with any major remodeling job; the minor issues that came up were rectified quickly and to my satisfaction by Jeff and his team. There were also last minute unexpected additions to the scope of the project such as a heated tile floor. Jeff was patient and flexible with me, despite the fact that it put them behind schedule. The services of Feldhaus Construction are in demand but Jeff satisfactorily manages expectations throughout the project including scheduling and timing. At the time I signed the proposal, Jeff’s crew was already booked out six months and he gave me an estimated start month which was ultimately when they started my project. In the end, I got the bathroom that I wanted and it was well worth the wait.

Jeff and his crew (and drywall subcontractor) were very professional and courteous. The work was accomplished as anticipated, with the usual changes handled well. We cannot recommend Jeff highly enough!

Jeff and his crew, Sean and Phil, removed our old countertops, 30" cabinets, and soffits. They replaced with 36" cabinets and crown moulding that hid all the plumbing and wiring that was housed under the soffits. They also had to move the gas line for the stove and add and move several electrical outlets. They installed new LED can lights and under cabinet lighting as well. They were extremely professional and very easy to get along with. They made sure they were doing things the exact way we wanted them done even when we changed our mind several times about placement of electrical switches and which type of LED fixtures to get. Jeff is excellent at scheduling the many tasks involved in a remodel. The remodel involved not only the installation of cabinets and electrical work, but drywall as well. Ed and John did an excellent job of drywalling the ceiling and wall areas. Jeff also had to schedule around the granite installation and the hardwood flooring company that we hired. We also had a stone backsplash installed using Jeff's tile guy, James. He is excellent as well and really knows his stuff! Jeff and all his crew made the remodel easy with very little stress. We prolonged the process by not being able to decide on the tile we wanted for the backsplash which delayed the remodel by several weeks. Once we found the tile we wanted, Jeff was quick to get us scheduled to complete the backsplash and then to come back to finish the trim work. There were several issues with the cabinets which required they be replaced (manufacturing issue). Jeff had to wait for them to be re-ordered and shipped before he could do a lot of the finish work. Again, he was very flexible and adjusted the schedule accordingly. Jeff responds very quickly to any emails we sent. He is easy to communicate with. Even though there were several delays in the remodel, none of which were Jeff's fault, the remodel went very well thanks to Jeff and his great team. We enjoyed working with each and every one of them and would recommend them without reservation!

The project went very well. They are a punctual, clean, and provide quality work. They check in daily with any questions or concerns that you might have and are quick to respond. I highly recommend them to provide for any remodeling needs.

The process went smoothly as expected and we are very pleased with the results. This is the 2nd job that Jeff and his crew have completed for us during the past year. The first was a complete kitchen renovation. They continue to do quality work and are always punctual. They are easy to work with easy to contact and are good about answering questions and working with us to come up with the best solution for our needs during the process of the project. Some tips to for people who are just starting their first renovation: 1. You will have to wait for your project to begin. They are very busy because they are well sought after. They are worth the wait. 2. Be prepared to pick out all product needed before they arrive to complete the project. The project will go much faster and you, as well as the contractors, will appreciate that. 3. Just know that in any project issues may arise whether it is a problem with the product during install, or something may be found behind a wall that needs attention, etc... Jeff and his crew are equipped to work through these issues with you. It has been a pleasure working with this crew and will continue to use them for future projects.

All went well. Very happy with the results of both the Kitchen and the Bathroom. Great workmanship. They came and worked hard when they were here and carried thru to completion. I'm happy all around with their work. Would use them again. The one thing to recognise is they are busy with a number of projects at the same time. So patience to completion is key as they are managing multiple jobs and your's won't always take priority. But the outcome is worth it.

My wife and I met with Jeff Feldhaus in October of 2014. We laid out out ideas for a full remodel of the kitchen and dining area. We scheduled with Jeff to be one of his first builds in 2015. Jeff's crew tore out the old cabinets and fixtures. Jeff also recommended a couple of cabinet designers for us to consult. We went with W. Stephens to design the kitchen layout. Jeff worked with them to provide all the needed measurements. Jeff's team began tear out in January. They tore down the wall dividing the kitchen from the dining room to provide an open plan. In addition, they re-routed all electrical outlets and added lighting fixtures. They also performed the wiring for a built in microwave oven. When we received the cabinets, Jeff's crew installed them and then added the backsplash. The only items they did not install were the flooring and the counters. they performed all finishing operations after everything was installed. Jeff and his crew were courteous and professional for the entire build. they cleaned up every day. We have several dogs, so this was very helpful for our evenings. We would recommend Jeff to anyone looking for a remodel and will call him first for any additional remodel plans.

Feldhaus Construction did an excellent job remodeling our outdated master bath. Jeff was a pleasure to work with. Work was done in a timely manner and cleanup between tasks was very good. We would use Feldhaus again and would confidently recommend them to others.

Jeff is very professional and easy to deal with. He mostly handled logistics of the work while most of the job was performed by Sean and Phil. They were friendly and always on time. The whole process was stress free right from day one. The quality of workmanship is excellent. We are extremely happy with the way our kitchen has transformed.

Jeff, Phil, and Sean did a tremendous job remodeling my kitchen. A wall was removed and another wall moved to make the open kitchen that I desired. The old kitchen was torn out, new cabinets, plumbing, countertops, and backsplash were perfectly installed. The work was high quality by Jeff and crew and every sub contractor used. All were neat and courteous. Jeff communicated well during project. The job was finished in the time expected. I have a beautiful new kitchen! Feldhaus Construction would be my only choice for any future remodel.

it was along wait but i knew that going in.ever thing was removed the y did a good job keeping the dust down.they listen to what i wanted.they done a good job cleaning up every day.James done most of the work he was particular and did very good work he also had many good suggestions.we are very please and would use them in the future.

We are very pleased with the results of the kitchen remodel .Jeff's services included: (1) Kitchen tearout - removed existing countertops and cabinets, removed all wallpaper and skim coated walls to get them ready to paint. I saved some money by painting the walls myself. (2) Electrical - installed new pendant lights, under cabinet lights, and new light above table, relocated 2 outlets, ran dedicated circuit for microwave, installed new plugs and switches, relocated electric for dishwasher (3) Plumbing - installed new faucet and sink, and reinstalled garbage disposal (4) Cabinets - installed all new cabinets, including crown molding at tops of cabinets (5) Appliances - reinstalled all appliances. Jeff referred us to W Stephens Cabinetry for selection of the cabinets, and Stephens referred us to KBR Granite for selection of the countertops. KBR installed the granite. We paid Stephens Cabinetry separately for the cabinets and granite. We used a flooring company we had previously used, A Step Above Flooring, to install our new vinyl tile floor and backsplash - we paid them separately. Jeff was very responsive to any questions that we had. He would usually get back to us the same day.

The job went very. Jeff and his crew demonstrated not only a high level of craftsmanship but an equally high level of professionalism during the entire project. They were very responsive to questions and requests - and worked with us to come with the best plan that not only fit our space but fit our needs. Jeff's was good at communicating to us the schedule and helping us to insure that all materials that we purchased were available and not an impact on his schedule. The quality of his work was outstanding - he had a high level of attention to detail. He was also very responsive to additions we asked for. We will be using him again for several more projects. We are deeply proud of the change in our area. It is like living in a new house. It is an area that we are proud to show anyone. We have shared his information with our friends and would give him the highest recommendation to anyone that asked.

We honestly couldn't be happier with Jeff's work! He always replied promptly to our questions and helped us work through some decisions we had to make about how to configure the bath. He was professional. All of his workers were professional and hard working and did excellent work. We were extremely comfortable having Jeff and his crew come to our house to work. We've received many compliments on not just the appearance of our new bathroom, but also compliments on the quality of the work. We've already scheduled Jeff to come back for the next project in our house!

Jeff and his crew did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend him and his crew!! The only problem you might have is getting him on the calendar!!! His work and reputation for detail will probably have him scheduled for a ways out!! Nice to see a crew work on our kitchen as if it was there own.

We contracted with Feldhaus for our kitchen renovation 2 years ago and there was no question we would return to Feldhaus to complete our master and children's bathroom renovations. The contractors, including drywall, electrical, tile and the designer working with Jeff are excellent and were the same group of professionals who worked on our kitchen. Complimenting them are Jeff's employees who handled all construction, plumbing, and painting. At the beginning of the project both Jeff and his recommended designer, Mark Prince, spent several hours in our home ensuring the fine details of the design could be built and/or made any necessary changes. There was no sense of rushing and both gave the needed time to make certain our needs were met. The project took longer than expected, however, Jeff always communicated the expected timeline and was responsive as needed. Despite the weeks of work with both bathrooms on our second story, requiring a long path through the house hauling supplies and equipment, Jeff and his team never created a mess in the house and cleaned up every day. I work out of my house and was able to continue without much distraction and more importantly was available to discuss any situation and/or answer any questions as the project progressed. I still love my kitchen and have experienced no issues with quality 2 yrs since the project ended. Likewise, we have had no issues with the bathrooms and especially love our heated tile floor! I would definitely use Jeff for future projects.
