We were immediately comfortable with Jeff. He listened to all of our concerns and gave us great design advice and options to work with. We were very satisfied with the quality of materials and expertise of the entire crew. They were all efficient, friendly, and very trustworthy. They exceeded our expectations from beginning to end. What makes Feldhaus Construction stand out is not only their attention to detail and craftsmanship, but their ability to anticipate and plan for the less tangible aspects of the project. It?s rare to find such great professionals committed to quality and workmanship. Jeff and his crew showed a lot of respect for us, our home and the job. The house was always left clean and ready for use at the end of each work day. The final product is more than we could have ever anticipated. We are exceedingly pleased. We have no reservations about recommending Jeff and his team and we look forward to engaging them on future projects for our home.

The whole process of installing 4 major appliances was a dream, or at least Feldhaus construction made it seem so. Jeff and Sean answered all my questions, and were wonderful. There was no mess when they finished.

Jeff responded quickly when we called to get an estimate and came at the appointed time. He was personable and his eventual written proposal was easy to understand. He had good references and we were happy with the price so we choose him for our project. He began the job on the agreed upon date and the demolition went quickly. Jeff and his associates, Sean and Rick, worked full days to get the demo completed. After the demo, they began working on framing, wiring and plumbing. Most all went smoothly; and if there was any kind of a hitch they were committed to making it right before we even noticed. The condition of one shower wall was bowed (from original construction), and instead of just refacing it, he rebuilt it entirely with new studs, etc. After another wall was painted, Jeff wasn't satisfied with the smoothness of the walls so he resurfaced and repainted until he was satisfied. Jeff's tile installer, James, did an excellent job with our tile. James is precise and you can see his perfectionism in the results. Painting, cabinet installation, lighting. plumbing, electrical and all the details were handled skillfully. They sometimes worked late into the evening to keep on schedule. We were very pleased with the results and with our experiences with Jeff and his crew. They are all hard-working and skilled men; and were easy to have around the house. We always felt comfortable having them here when we were not at home. At one point Jeff and James said they wouldn't do anything in our bathroom that they wouldn't do in their own home, and that attitude showed throughout the project. Jeff often checked with us along the way to make sure he was doing exactly what we wanted. He clearly wants to do work he is proud of and give make the customer happy. He stuck to his estimate and was patient with us as we made little changes along the way. He had good advice to give us during the decision-making process. Jeff is easy to talk to and was respectful of our input. This was our first experience with a remodel and we were happy it was such a positive one. We feel like he was the best person for the job and would without a doubt hire him again if the need arises.

Jeff and his crew were the best to work with. The attention to detail was fantastic. Everything was kept clean and tidy during the process. I kept asking for some changes and additions along the way of which he agreed to without hesitation. I would greatly encourage anyone to give Jeff a call.

My master bathroom was ugly and outdated, with broken tile in the shower and water damage in the walls. After receiving estimates from several contractors, we hired Feldhaus Construction to do a complete remodel. We chose Jeff because he was thorough in his inspection and his quote was very detailed. My husband and I felt that we knew exactly what we would be getting for our money if we hired Jeff Feldhaus. Jeff and his crew completely gutted the bathroom. They tore out the tile in the shower down to the framing and the floor tile down to the subfloor. They removed all fixtures and hardware, and stripped the wallpaper. Before putting in new tile and fixtures, they installed concrete board in the shower area and floor, and replaced framing, drywall and plumbing as needed. Jeff, as well as his crew, was easy to work with. He was dependable, courteous, and always left his work area clean and neat. He communicated well and was patient with any questions or concerns that we had. Jeff Feldhaus took real pride in his work, and that reflected in the finished product. He went to extra effort to make sure everything was done right and that we were pleased with the end results. I love my new bathroom! It is first class in both function and beauty!

We ordered the cabinets and worked with Mark from Kelly Brothers (who we would highly recommend also) for the kitchen design. Although Jeff wasn't involved in our countertops and flooring, he handled everything else: demo, electric, lighting, plumbing, vent work, cabinet installation, tile backsplash. Although the drywall was contracted out, we were very happy with that work also. What impressed me about Jeff was his overall professionalism and expert advice in the installation process. His cabinetry skills are excellent as he is very detailed in his finish work. He was punctual in everything he did. He completed the multi-month project when he said he would. He was neat and cleaned up work areas well. He even made small fixes for us when he ran into issues. Every person that worked in our home was very cordial and respectful of the persons that were present in the house when the work was going on.

Great....more than I had hoped for.

From pouring the new footings to the finish work which was screwing down boards, bringing rails up to code evening out floor boards. The work was very well done, high quality.

Jeff Felhaus and his crew did a fabulous job remodeling my kitchen. Electrical work and plumbing work were done by them, and the work was done well. The drywall was done by a subcontractor who also did quality work. Jeff didn't lay the tile, but recommended someone he frequently uses who did a top notch job. Jeff's attention to detail with installing the cabinets and the associated trim finish work really makes them stand out. There were challenges with my old, small kitchen, but all challenges were easily and patiently handled by them. Jeff was on the job working with his crew the entire day on most days of the three to four week process. I appreciated having the owner on the job sight working and supervising the work. The crew was friendly and left the work area as clean as possible each day. The job was completed a few days later than the original estimate, but definitely within what I consider to be a very reasonable time frame. Jeff was always accessible by phone, e-mail or in person to answer any questions or concerns I had. He was good at explaining what was going on during the process. He was a good listener and was pateinet and responsive to my questions. I am a picky detail oriented person, and he never made be feel my concerns or suggestions weren't valid. Possibly the best compliment I can give Jeff is to tell how he patiently waited for a scheduled afternoon appliance delivery that didn't arrive until 7:00 on a Friday evening, keeping him there until 7:30 - two and a half hours after his normal ending time. Nobody wants to do that on any work night, especially a Friday. When I called him the next day, he was very pleasant about what happened and put a positive spin on it. That speaks a lot about his character. So, I recommend Feldhaus Construction, LLC because of the fair, competitive price, the great quality of the work, and because Jeff Feldhaus takes pride in his work and and stands behind it. I am very pleased with the remodeling experience, love my new kitchen and would use Feldhaus Construction, LLC again.

I think that I am going to hire him. He was down-to-earth and seemed knowledgeable. He was patient with all my questions. He does kind of depend on his customers to pick up their own stuff. I felt that he should have asked me some questions and got things cleared because I was unfamiliar with the process but he did not do that. I had to come back and ask a lot of questions later. I would probably recommend him even though he hasn't done the work yet.

Feldhaus Construction is definitely a company to choose for any remodel job that is needed. Jeff and his crew of men are outstanding in the work that they provide. They are professional, knowledgeable, reliable, trustworthy and experts in all aspects of work that they do. The quality of work that they provide is amazing. This is the 2nd time that they have done work for us. The first time we used them they completely gutted and redid 2 bathrooms all the way down to the studs and flooring. This time they completely refurbished a family room, entry way and bathroom for us. We cannot emphasize enough the quality of work that they do. We highly recommend Feldhaus Construction.

Jeff installed my bathroom 2 years ago, putting up waterproof drywall. He told me that my exterior wall had no insulation and installed a high quality insulation. He installed the tub, toilet and vanity, and subcontracted the tiling to an EXCELLENT craftsman. He also took care of the electrical, and moved one of my walls to make the bathroom larger. Today he is starting on my daughter's bathroom. He arrived on time at her house today while I took my grand daughter to my home. Work is proceeding on schedule and my son-in-law is quite happy with what he sees so far.

Jeff's estimate was a bit higher than my other estimates, but not out of line. I decided to go with another contractor, because I was looking for someone who would give me more suggestions on the design, materials, and ways to keep the cost down. Many contractors give you an estimate for labor and then tell you that the rest of the cost is up to you, depending on what you choose. That's certainly true, but I want more of a partnership in figuring out what's in my budget. I would consider using Jeff for another project.

The work turned out outstanding. They were very clean and cleaned up. They were punctual. There was a small area that the designer had not measured properly and the floor work had to be redone. The cabinets did not cover the existing floor in the small area and some work had to be done there. They measured and covered the floor and that was the only point that I’m disappointed in. But that’s not their mistake, that’s more of the designers fault. They were excellent. Their price was reasonable for the kind of work they did. I would use them in the future. I'm planning to get the bathroom done and they are under my consideration.

I have received a very competitive quote from them. They had excellent ratings online, that made me choose them. They are great and very responsive. I have hired them for the job and it is in progress. They are doing a wonderful job and made me breathe a sigh of relief, as I got someone reliable. I like their services and will use the same in future.

It went very smoothly. It was 3 weeks of work and I never had a problem. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They had pleasant personalities. They did the work fast and it was extremely well done. We were very happy with all the work they did in the house. They were very clean. We never expected the work to go that smoothly. I recommend them very highly. They finished the work on time and they never brought any problems to my attention, just solutions. We were impressed by their work ethic and knowledge. I can't say enough about them.

This was major construction on 2 bathrooms in our home. They remodeled one and then when that was finished they started the other one. Jeff and his workers were extremely trustworthy - they came and went while we were at work. They always cleaned up after themselves each day, which was helpful. Jeff and his workers were very professional and so pleasant to work with. Jeff answered all of our e-mails and telephone calls as soon as possible. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who was considering having work done in their home. He is already working in someone else's home whom we recommended him to.

Jeff Feldhaus did extensive remodeling jobs on our kitchen fours years ago and master bathroom three years ago, all to our complete satisfaction. See my previous report on the bathroom. Both jobs involved new counter tops, cabinets, appliances, tiling, plumbing, electrical wiring, painting, re-configuring the space by knocking out old walls and building new ones, etc., etc. As involved as the two projects were, we have not had to call him back to fix or re-do anything he and his team had done. Jeff and his team were personable, responsive and completely trustworthy. I just gave them the combination of the garage door so I was free to run errands. We referred two of my friends for their bath remodeling and they were very happy as well. So when we needed to create a new linen closet and to repair damages elsewhere in the house, we knew Jeff was the person to call. This job was finished yesterday and again, with the new closet, he did a great job on the drywall, carpentry, painting, etc. We will definitely call on him as other projects come up.

I cannot describe how pleased I am with his work. He is exact, and pays attention to detail. He came out to remeasure when I was unsure of whether the tub I had picked out would fit. He assured me it would, and it did. Everything went according to plan. Jeff has an assistant, and he subcontracted out the tiling work to a man who was as dedicated as Jeff and did a beautiful job.
