Jeff and his crew did a great job. Everyone was professional and friendly. The cabinets were installed properly and all seams fit perfectly. Jeff was very understanding and helpful when we made some design changes that effected his schedule.

Jeff Feldhaus (owner of Feldhaus Construction) and his crew not only met my expectations, they far surpassed them! I have the kitchen of my dreams and more! Everyone that worked in my home was totally professional and produced the highest quality of work. The attention to details and finishing touches was very impressive. Also, if Jeff found a problem (i.e. plumbing that we had not known about and had lived with for over 32 years), he insisted on correcting it. I especially liked the fact that although Jeff was the contractor and had the expertise, I was very involved in the whole process. I always felt that my questions and comments were taken very seriously and were respected. Although, the whole process took longer that I thought it would, I appreciate that attention was given to every detail and nothing was rushed for the sake of just getting it done. I would never do another remodel with anyone else but Feldhaus Construction!

From the first time I met with Jeff, I was impressed with his professionalism and knowledge and knew he was the contractor to complete the job. He was accommodating in setting up the first and several subsequent meetings with me and the kitchen designer and in answering many questions. My vision was to create an open space, requiring removal of a full wall and moving another wall into an adjoining room to accommodate the fridge and pantry unit, and Jeff made it happen. He was the only contractor to check behind the wall I wanted to move, finding a vent pipe from the furnace. Thanks to him, I had a good idea from the start about what to expect and the timeline for completion. Jeff worked closely with the cabinet designer, allowing for a smooth installation. He took careful measurements and presented me with a detailed estimate. I knew if there were any obstacles during the process, that Jeff would know how to handle them. He communicated with me on an ongoing basis, letting me know what was going to happen next and when. His craftsmanship is detailed and perfect! There were some tricky crown moulding cuts and Jeff did a perfect job. I am really pleased with the finished kitchen and couldn't be happier with Jeff and his guys. Jeff is a perfectionist and it shows in the finished product. I highly recommend Feldhaus Construction for your kitchen remodel. Thanks to Jeff and Feldhaus Construction (including Sean, Ric, James, Ed and Tim) for a beautiful job! I will hire them again for the bathrooms.

Jeff was very responsive when first contacted. I explained what we had in mind and he listened and offered a few helpful suggestions. Unlike some other contractors we had out for estimates, Jeff did not pressure us to design the kitchen "his" way, instead he was very willing to accommodate our wishes. If you hire him (and your should) you will find him to be a perfectionist. Our kitchen floor leaned down to a corner by several inches. We initially thought that he would sister some of the floor joists to help level the floor. After removal of the old floor, Jeff decided that the only way to level the floor was to remove all existing joists, reframe the floor and install new, secure floor joists. After the new floor and cabinets were installed, the granite countertop rep. came out to take his laser measurements and this countertop guy could not stop commenting about how level everything was! (As the homeowner, that was really great news to hear.) He uses expert subs for drywall installation and for the tile installation. Also, the new hardwood floor was installed by a flooring company. The entire project took just over 10 weeks, but considering that this part of the house was a literal "hole in the ground" (you stood at the edge of the dining room and looked down into the crawl space of the basement) the end result is beyond my imagination. Also, he and his workers are very trustworthy. He had a key to the back door for the whole time and I never worried about not being home while they worked. I could not be more pleased with this kitchen renovation.

Jeff and his team did marvelous work. Their attention to detail was incredible, taking the time to modify small items and get everything just perfect before finalizing it's location. They were here about a week and then had 1 day later that they came back to do some final work (replacing manufacturer damaged doors, setting box columns after countertops in place, etc). They unpacked and inspected every cabinet in our garage prior to starting installation. During installation there was a team of 2-4, including Jeff, on site and asking questions about my preferences. They cleaned up every day and obviously take pride in doing their work to the utmost quality. We had a lot of filler and trim pieces that fit up with our crooked walls and ceilings, each is expertly placed. These guys know what they're doing and are a pleasure to work with. We've been using the kitchen since around the beginning of July and have absolutely no problems with the installation.

Jeff Feldhaus's work on my shower remodel was professionally done with careful attention to detail. He was easy to contact, made sure I understood each step, and discussed options. His crew worked efficiently, keeping the site organized and clean. They were all pleasant and I was comfortable having them in my home. I particularly appreciated Jeff's help in retaining some original features of my older bathroom while making necessary upgrades. I would recommend him to anyone remodeling a bathroom.

Jeff and his crew are the very best. Before the job even started, he worked with my cabinet supplier to insure that all the cabinets were going to fit properly. Behind our soffets we found plumbing, so Jeff found a way to reroute some of it and then helped design the cabinets so that the plumbing would not show. He was the only contractor who examined behind the soffets before I ordered the cabinets. He took careful measurements and presented me with a very detailed and complete bid. It was a very easy decision to hire him as I knew that he work with me to solve any problems that come up with a remodel. As with every remodeling job of this magnitude, as you uncover walls and start to route new vents, plumbing and electrical lines we found some obstacles, but Jeff would propose a solution and work with me to achieve a great result. He constanly communicated with me, telling me what would be done next and when. He arrived as planed and cleaned up after. He put plastic at the open doorways to keep dust from entering the rest of the house. He worked really well with me, my cabinet supplier and gave me schedules to have appliances and the flooring installed. His craftsmanship is the best I have ever seen. Even though my walls and ceiling were not straight and square, he made all of the cabinets and trim fit perfectly. When the quarts counter top supplier came to make final measurements, they commented on how level and great everything was installed. I just can't say enough about how great Jeff and his crew are, they did a magnificant job and everyone who had seen the kitchen has admired they craftsmanship. Jeff certainly is a fine craftsman who takes pride in making everything perfect. I highly recommend him. If you are having a kitchen remodeled and want the very best at a reasonable price you will hire Jeff Feldhaus to do the job.

Everything about him was great. He has a lot of good references but my father-in-law's cost increased at where he's in the nursing home and then we ran out of money so we had to cancel out the work. We have no doubt in our mind that he's gonna be good. We received an excellent quote.

My special thanks to Jeff Feldhaus and his crew for the wonderful job they performed in remodeling my thirty year old kitchen and bathroom. They were able to translate what the designer and I had envisioned and made it even better. Jeff?s ideas about the wall that was taken out, thus creating more open space was far better than I had imagined. Jeff and his entire team were always there when they said that they would be. They completed each step of the process in the time that they promised. In addition, they went above and beyond what was originally proposed. We had some quality issues with the cabinets that we had purchased. Jeff had to make special trips to finish the install of the cabinets. Additionally, we had tried to assist with some of the painting. Jeff fixed our imperfections and made the ceiling look nice. Also, the previous garbage disposal had been under the left sink and we wanted on the right side. The layout under the sink was not really designed for the right side but their skill and perseverance made it work.

It went Great!!! It turned out beautifully and I couldn't be happier with Jeff and his subcontractors. The tile guy, James, is a true artisan. There were no delays during construction and the work was performed in the exact amount of time that Jeff quoted. It took about 7-8 weeks, but it was 3 rooms. They cleaned up after themselves everyday. They are honest and I felt completely at ease leaving them in my house.

The providers listing seems to indicate they do ALL remodeling when in fact they informed me they ONLY do Kitchens and Bathrooms. Just say "Only do Kitchens and Bathrooms" so I don't waste my time.

VERY WELL!!!!! Jeff and his crew are professional, courteous, punctual, and willing to work with the home owner. He made every effort in making sure we are happy with what is included in the bids. They were very considerate of trash, dust and debris and cleaned up after every visit, as we did not move out during the remodeling. His costs are very competitive. He and his crew are honest hard workers. There were times we had to leave the house for outside commitments, they were very trustworthy and considerate of our home. I would highly recommend him. We are also discussing future work.

He was very particular, professional, and on time.

My dryer was acting up. I had the electrician check the circuit to make sure it was getting full power, and it and was. The clothes were still coming out hot and damp. My son in law came over and found several gallons of water pooled in the cheap venting installed in the attic. He suggested that I get Jeff to vent the dryer through the soffit. Jeff came over and told me he would not recommend that solution because my soffits had no venting holes. He also consulted with a friend and nixed the idea of venting straight up through the roof. He finally came up with the solution of strapping the venting to the roof so that water could never pool again and using quality venting tube materials, rather than the cheap aluminum foil-like tube material I had. Once we had a plan in place, he executed it in a couple of hours. I have always been very pleased with Jeff's work. He did a small job for me, for a fair price, in record time.

Initial design & bid Jeff was a pleasure to work with from start to finish! He was prompt in replying to our initial outreach, scheduled a visit quickly to our house and arrived on time for the appointment. I was immediately impressed with Jeff's attention to detail and with the kitchen designer - Mark Prince of W. Stephens Cabinetry & Design - that he recommended. Jeff and Mark worked extremely well together & both listened well to understand what we were trying to do with the space. The suggestions and ideas they offered were excellent and we clearly understood the cost impacts of the choices we were making. As part of the quoting process Mark spent several hours with us in creating a final design - before we signed our contract. This commitment was impressive. Compared with other contractors we interviewed, Jeff spent much more time understanding what we wanted to do and in identifying the details of the work to be accomplished. As a result, his quote was not the lowest we received, but it did identify work that the other bidders did not. As a result, I believe we got much more value for our money because there were not numerous changes/additions once work began. Additionally, Jeff was very honest & realistic about committing to a project schedule. We wanted our new kitchen ahead of a family event in early April and Jeff made it clear when he submitted his bid that, with other work he already had in his schedule, he would not be able to complete the work by the target date and that we should only accept his bid if we were willing to start after the event. We were so impressed by Mark's design work, the quality of Jeff's bid and the trust we had developed in both of them, that we accepted his bid and agreed to the delayed start. After the bid was accepted, Jeff had other projects move and he agreed to start in time to meet our original April target date! Final design & material selection Jeff and Mark were a joy to work with through this phase. They recommended JP Flooring for our floor work and Ohio Tile for our countertops and tile. Both were absolutely top notch companies - they offered quality products and offerings at multiple process points, so we felt like we had options throughout the process. At the same time, we felt free to work with other companies when we wanted to make that choice. Jeff was very responsive to our questions and was willing to offer opinions/recommendations we asked for input - his experience was invaluable. Construction Jeff's crew showed up on time, the first scheduled day and they were amazing. Hard working, polite, patient and they kept our house amazingly clean, given the work that had to be done. The project had issues - range could not be vented where we had planned, minor delays in flooring schedule, delays in the lighting we had ordered showing up, etc. Jeff handled it all wonderfully - options were presented & discussed, costs were considered and decisions were made to keep the project moving & on schedule. As construction started, we quickly realized there was additional work we would like to have completed. Lots of small items - additional painting, additional light fixtures, hanging a new door to our basement etc. - and a major addition of work on the half bath. Jeff took these in stride and his crew took care of them all. The bathroom work required Mark Prince and Ohio Tile to turnaround a vanity, top & tile on short notice - which they did without a hitch. Jeff kept us informed on progress throughout the project - which of his team to expect on any given day and what they would be working on. This was particularly appreciated , as there were days that no one would be at our house for a day or two as we waited for cabinetry or flooring, etc. It was great to know this was planned and not simply someone not showing up. Worth noting is all the small tasks that Jeff and his guys did for us - making sure the endless stream of stuff we had ordered on line (lights, switchplates, etc) were brought in the garage when they were dropped off, picking up large items we ordered (plumbing fixtures) that I could not fit in my car, chasing our pets back in the house, etc. I cannot imagine how much more difficult the project would have been without these small acts of courtesy. About 2 weeks before completion, it became clear that some of the flooring work was going to be delayed due to JP Flooring's overall workload. Jeff worked with them to improve the situation as much as possible, but in the end, they could not get in for their final coat on the floor until the Monday before our family event. With all of our furniture to be moved back in place, everything needing to be moved back into the kitchen, pictures to hang, etc. we were running out of time. Without even being asked, Jeff told us he would be there Monday afternoon to wrap up - his team worked until 10 pm installing the fridge, range, final lights, etc. Amazing commitment. Summary We were warned what a painful project a kitchen remodel would be and the disruption in our home life for several weeks was indeed inconvenient. What was not painful was working with Jeff Feldhaus - he is a skilled craftsman and a person of integrity who will do the work he says he will and will only bring good people into your home. The other service providers he recommends are also top notch, reliable professionals. This was a major investment for us and we spent a great deal of money we has spent years saving. Our new kitchen is beautiful and exceeds every expectation we had going into the project - we are 100% delighted . The next major project on our list is a master bath remodel and our only call will be to Feldhaus Construction.

Very professional and prompt. However the quality was average to below average. The cabinet door hinges were not tight leaving the door loose. Screw left out of adjoining shelf. The electric outlet below the cabinet was non-functional after the install. Jeff did come out on a Saturday to fix the outlet. A tiny chip was found in the front mirror after the repair of the outlet.

This was a small job and it went well start to finish.

They moved the heavy oven and put it where I asked them and were so careful of my floors and woodwork! They were neat, clean and knowledgeable. They also took all the packaging from the new oven with them to dispose it. I hope to use them again!!

The bathroom turned out better than I imagined . Jeff was great to work with and he always notified me when workers were going to arrive. Jeff and the people that he has working with him do quality work - the drywall repair (Edward) and the tile installation (James). The tile work is wonderful & even the granite installer wondered who put in the tile. Due to his experience, James gave me ideas for the tile that were better options than what was designed at the tile shop. I'm glad that I went with James' suggestions. For the drywall repair, it was evident that Edward takes pride in his work. It was also nice that there were no hidden costs at the end of the job. I would definitely hire Jeff again & have already recommended their remodeling services to one of my colleagues.
