Very well. The turnaround time was about 10 days. The window didn't fit right so they re-ordered it and re-installed, and they waived the balance of our fee. We were pleasantly surprised. The office people were professional and easy to work with.

They damaged our car and because it had been snowing we hadn't noticed the damage. So we report it to our insurance company about 3 weeks later, who then told us to contact the company,. the company denied it accused us of lying stating that they were not responsible for the damage. I wasn't able to open my trunk due to the poor work. Although the lady that worked in the office was pleasant their response to the damage they caused was not.

First, thank you for the feedback and the chance to correct any issues. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We go out of our way to please our customers and if there was any way we could help you without incurring a huge expense for something that was not our fault, we would. A perfect example of our customer service is a bathroom mirror we installed last week at a single lady's residence. While our installer was present, the toilet had a slow leak and the lady asked if we could help. Granted, the toilet wasn't our issue and we could have easily said no. However, we took the extra couple minutes and helped tighten the loose pipe for the lady. Now, concerning your issue. We replaced the shattered back glass in your vehicle when it was broken after a snow fall. We performed the replacement quickly and accurately. When you left our shop, you inspected your vehicle, signed off on the work that was performed, and were very pleased with our fast, quality service. I would also like to point out that in order to complete the repair, the work was completed in our heated shop and there was no snow covering any part of your vehicle when you left. The snow had all melted due to the heated shop. Approximately one and a half months after the install and several snow falls later, you contacted us to report body damage all around your back window. We were very surprised to hear this and even made special arrangements to inspect your vehicle on a Saturday. Upon inspection, we did see approximately 20 or more dime size dents in the body, right next to the back window. It was very obvious that these dents were caused by an ice scraper which was probably used to try and break the snow and ice off the back window. With the back of the car being covered in snow, the exact location of the back window was probably misjudged, and the body was accidentally struck. This is also probably how the window was broken in the first place. Glass is more susceptible to breakage when it's cold and struck with something (A tip to consumers, never try and beat snow and ice off of glass). The body shop that you later took your vehicle to also stated this was his expert opinion based on his years of experience. I'm sorry that you have this issue. But, it's very clear that we can't take responsibility for this damage, nor will we be bullied into fixing your mistake at our expense. I would also like to point out that we do have pictures of our work and the damage. Hopefully, no issues come of filing false insurance claims. Sincerely, Mike Matala C.R.A. Glass, LLC
