COMPLETE REMODELING-CINCINNATI

Description of Work: Dennis remodeled my bathroom. He removed the old, unappealing tub and linolium off the bathroom floor and patched up a part of the flooring under the tub. He installed a new tub and put in tile surround for my tub, including tiling around a window and a shower nook into the shower wall that holds products. He also put tile on the floor, and did some drywall work on the walls. He also installed a fan in the ceiling of the bathroom and vented it out of the roof. Dennis also took care of a couple other things I asked if he could do while he was here, such as took out an old range hood above the stove and installed a new one that I had purchased. I mentioned to him that I had two water heaters in the basement that I really wanted out but one of them was full of lime and extremely heavy. Dennis said, " Don't worry about that, I can help your husband carry it out." He got the lime out for me and did exactlly what he said he would do and helped get those eyesores out of my basement. Dennis did majority of the work on my bathroom by himself. He had another guy help him with some of the beginning work, but after that it was just Dennis. As far as price, I was very satisfied. I had quite a few estimates before I chose who I wanted to go with but in the end Dennis came out on top as far as as estimate cost. I am very happy with the way the project turned out.

Description of Work: Mr. Dennis Hawley, gutted my bathroom and made it handicap accessible. New walk in show, new handicap commode, new vanity, tile floor, exhaust fan with light and New GFI out let.
