Civilworx Engineering, LLC is a full service surveying and civil engineering company serving Butler County and the surrounding areas in Ohio. We offer surveying and engineering consulting services to local municipalities, contractors and developers and to the general public. Payment for our services is due at time of service unless the client has established other payment terms in advance.

There are many reasons why a property owner might need to have a survey. Whether you are having a boundary dispute with your neighbor, consolidating or splitting parcels, considering new construction, granting new easements or for other reasons, Civilworx Engineering, LLC has a full service survey department that can help you. We also offer engineering consulting services for new construction or site rehabilitation.

Services we don't offer

We do not offer construction services of ANY kind. Our services are generally contracted to clients who do construction/demolition activities. An example of our service would be marking a clients property line for a third party fence installer. Another example would be setting construction stakes for new home construction or room addition to an existing home for the third party contractor responsible for the actual construction activities.
