+ -1 moreHe stopped by, diagnosed the problem and much to our surprise we were told that our furnace was in great shape, despite its age and he replaced a part. Within 30 minutes we had heat! I would DEFINITELY call Dan again - as far as I am concerned he saved us THOUSANDS of dollars!!! I have given his name to co-workers to keep in case they have any problems because he is definitely a great guy and knows his stuff - hopefully the young guy he was training will keep up the integrity and honesty this gentleman has - God bless you Dan!
Description of Work: Our old Singer electric furnace went out about a week ago. We thought we were going to have to get a new one since this furnace was the original furnace when the house was built in the mid-1970s. We decided to get a quote from other contractors just to see how much it was going to cost to replace it. We were looking into the +$6,000 estimate. My husband received Dan's name from a co-worker and we decided to give him a call on the evening of Dec. 14. Much to our surprise he returned our call that same evening and said that he would squeeze us in between his two other appointments the following day since he was going to be in our area.

+ -1 moreEverything went great. He charged me approximately the same for the capacitor part as I had seen priced on-line. He fixed it, and the air got cool.

+ -1 moreA/C died on a very hot day (don't they always?). Prompt response, reasonable price, A/C now works--what more can one ask?
Description of Work: Fixed blown capacitor on dead A/C. Very fast and very reasonable. By comparison, Willis Heating & Air Conditioning charged me nearly four times as much for the very same repair twenty-two months ago.

+ 0 moreThey went above and beyond. They supply Carrier products which I find are a very good quality. They are able to get stuff done on the day that you call or at the very latest the next morning. They are very prompt. They have excellent workmanship. I have never had and HVAC guy do the duct work as well before.
Description of Work: They have installed a new full home air conditioning system. They have also installed a new furnace, added additional duct work and venting, and taken care of periodic maintenance items.
