Description of Work: Butler County Mechanical has done several jobs for my rental properties and rehab properties over the past several years. Tim has offered great advice for my HVAC needs. He has replaced a few a/C units and furnaces as well as repairs. He has also recommended options that saved me a lot of money. He is usually very responsive and fair. I would definitely recommend his work.

 + -1 moreThis Company had installed the unit initially when we built the house. They are prompt. One morning it was chilly in the house and we called them. They were here in an hour and half. They replaced a Snyder with a more modern Snyder, which would last longer.Their price was reasonable. They came in identified the problem did not have the part, took the truck, went out and got it. They were back quickly and they fixed it. We had them to work another time, in the past, on a Sunday and because of the situation of having an elderly person in the house they did not charge Sunday hours but charged straight hours. They are very good. We will continue to use them in the future.
Description of Work: BUTLER COUNTY MECHANICAL SVC put in a new thermostat for our furnace.

 + -1 morePretty much diagnosed the problem over the phone. Got there and had it fixed with 10 minutes and my A/C is working just fine. I called around lunch and Tim was out in a few hours to fix the problem.
Description of Work: Replaced Capacitor on A/C unit.
