+ -1 moreWe worked for 3 months on getting the land cleared with the builder's excavator in order to get a house started. After 3 months the land was finally sorta cleared, now we needed to keep waiting again. We had a lot of patience in regards to weather, etc but the excuses keep coming along with the delays. When telling the builder we would look elsewhere, there wasn't a wait, let's see if we can keep this moving forward, instead there was another excuse "I apologize for the delays but as he is not an employee of mine there's only so much I can do". So rather than attempt to keep a possible customer they just chalk it up to another excuse and walk on. They do great work when you see what they build, but just don't expect 100% honesty at any given time is my opinion.
Description of Work: Worked for 3 months in an attempt to get a new house started. After 3 months the tree's were cleared but it was back to excuses and waiting for someone else.
