Description of Work: Unfortunately no service was done for they did not show up to do the work that was ordered.They came out for an estimate in a timely manner but after that they did not respond to my calls without me making several calls.The biggest problem is that I set up an appointment for Mon. May 21st 2 weeks in advance after Chris told me that he was too busy at that time. Then I found out on Friday before after I called several times that he could not do it on Mon. so set it up for early Tues. am the 22nd. They did not show up nor did they call and let me know that they were not coming so had to call them. They would not get back to me after calling all morning, I finally got someone to tell me that they could not come out and would not be able to do the job.This company has a problem with communication. They don't do it. In fact they have an emergency number that does not work, you get the same message that tells you to call the emergency number if you have an emergency. This is no way to run a business. All they had to do was tell me they did not have time to do the job. Communication is a very important part of my doing business with someone. This company failed at that.

Description of Work: I used RJ Brothers Company about a month ago. They repaired my furnace. They did a tune up and also checked my air conditioner for the summer.
