Description of Work: Visited our home & took measurements, notes, etc., for kitchen update. Citing that they are busy at that time, told us they would send an estimate and then be in touch to schedule the work. After 4 months, have no estimate or further communication.

Description of Work: He installed my kitchen cabinets, but then it took him over 3 months to come back and install the trim. Only after calling lowes corporate office did I or lowes install department get a call back and even then I have to wait one more week and he is coming on a Saturday morning at 8 in the morning. I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone and it is unfortunate that to get a discount on the cabinets at Lowes I was forced to use him. Stay away from beta construction their customer service is non existent

+ -1 moreFred was not only very professional, he advised us of options, and even shared a photo of his own home that involved a fireplace remodel. They are the go-to contractor assigned by Lowes in West Chester, OH for kitchen remodeling. I'm very impressed with them and am looking forward to working with them. They also did the remodeling for the Extreme Makeover project in West Chester, OH a few years ago, and I think that's very significant related to this company.
Description of Work: Beta Construction's president, Fred McGary, provided an estimate for a kitchen remodeling.
