I paid them in full on the first day like they requested. They would set a a time to come back and it would be the wrong day when they showed up or they would cancel. I tried to get them back out and all I would get is a answering machine with voice mail full. After months of trying I finally got a hold of them and they made me pay more money. After a half dozen attempts to get them back out they didn't show or canceled. I never did get them to come back. Nothing but a loss of money and a aggravation. Do not waste your money they are so unprofessional.

They take your money make appointments to come back and don't show. Made five different appointments and either canceled or just didn't show. Call anyone but this joke of a company.

When I called, I talked to Jim, whose knowledge, experience and warranty made me feel comfortable in hiring them. He said he's been treating bed bugs for many years, I think starting in Vegas and moved here to help eliminate the problem in Ohio. They came out and treated for bed bugs and Ty (one of the exterminators) was very knowledgeable as well. They gave me a 90 day warranty, which they have honored. I think they were able to resolve the problem..so far, so good. I hired them after another company was not able to resolve the problem. Arrest a pest's warranty covered the return trips. They really stood behind it. I'm really glad I was referred to them. They did a few things differently. They were very thorough, they treated once, then came back a couple of weeks later and treated again, to kill any new bugs (as a standard part of the program-unlike the previous exterminator) and when a couple more bugs were seen, they came back again, without charging more (unlike the previous exterminator) and treated again. I think the house is finally bed bug free! I would recommend them.
