Description of Work: I emailed the service with an issue with my washer. I was advised that repairs would exceed $600.00. Rather invest in a new washer. Their evaluation saved them time and me a service call charge. Appreciate the honesty.

Description of Work: Two technicians showed up to complete the job. Diagnosed an issue with poor/low water output in fridge. They figured out the problem and fixed it promptly. Called them back 1-2 weeks later due to problem with ice maker. They were able to diagnose the problem quickly but had to order the part (a new ice maker). The part took longer to come in than anticipated but once it arrived the technicians were back out and again, quickly fixed the problem. They have always been prompt and professional. Will use them again and have already referred them to friends and family.

Description of Work: Calibrated my ovens, the temps appeared to be off. He came on the day I requested, was early, courteous, and professional. I've used them several times for other appliance repairs and have always been pleased with the service. I will call them first for any future repair needs.

Description of Work: Excellent service was given. The one thing that concerned me was I was quoted $94.95. But then the bill came to $119.95. Then they claimed I received a $25 discount for going thru Angie's List. I personally talked to them twice to confirm the price. Therefore I really didn't get $25 off but service was great.

Description of Work: Put a new switch on washing machine. They had been out the week before to service my dryer, but the cost to fix it was more than a new dryer. I paid $95 for service call. When I called about the washer, he charged me for parts since he had just been out the previous week and couldn't fix the dryer.

Description of Work: Fixed my dishwasher. They fixed it quickly and gave suggestion on how to prevent it from happening again.

Description of Work: The service man that came out was very knowledgeable and kind. The repair was made quickly and correctly. We are now doing laundry again!!!! Extremely thankful for being put on the cancellation list and therefore the repair made a few days earlier than scheduled. Will definitely keep Alstate's number for future use!

Description of Work: I had a fridge fixed and the guy that came was punctual, polite and did a quick and thorough job. We have no problems with the fridge since.

Description of Work: Performed repair work on the dryer at our rental property. We were able to make arrangements and payment by phone/email so that we didn't have to make the long drive to our rental property. They were easy to work with and easy to coordinate a time to come out that worked for our tenant. Was not there for the repair but had no complaints from our tenant.

Description of Work: Repair of whirlpool stove. Once the part came they were notified and came back and installed promptly with no additional charge.

Description of Work: Alstate replaced a mother board in my refrigerator that was no longer sold by Kitchen-aid. I was otherwise looking at a new 10K refrigerator. They are prompt and know what they're doing. The fees for service calls are on their website.

Description of Work: The gentleman switched out a part in our wash machine that was worn out. He was on time and handled it quickly. He was very nice.

Description of Work: Our refrigerator would not get cold. He found the problem, replaced the defective part and the refrigerator is working fine.
