Their price was not too bad. They were friendly and got back to us right away. I would recommend them.

The repair person was professional, friendly and timely. We thought the repair was a little over priced as it was really not much more than the cleaning of the dishwasher. There were not any parts replaced or anything. I'm not sure if I would use them again because of the cost.

They did a pretty good job. They came in promptly. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it. The person who came out to do the job was professional and he knew what he was doing.

Company representative quickly responded to my phone call. Appointment was set on date requested. Costs were explained. Technician arrived in the expected service window. He listened to my description of the problem, ran a test to duplicate the problem, and explained his course of action. He made repairs to and serviced the washer without wasting any time. Upon completion he retested the washer to determine if the problem was fixed. Upon completion of the service call, the technician explained his work and the cost. Contact and work performed by this company was always professional and responsible.

The repair person was professional and I would not hesitate to call this company again. The office staff was courteous. They had to reschedule my first appointment due to bad weather and promptly notified me. We were able to reschedule within a day.

My GE fridge stopped making ice. I called Alstate and they were able to come out the next day (very responsive). Alstate found that the icemaker was on its last leg. The technician temporarily got it working again, but recommended a replacement. The cost of the visit was just under $120. However, they said that charge would include installing the purchased replacement. The following day they called with the cost of the replacement part, pretty high ($197). So, I did some digging and calling around and ended up ordering it online for $75. I called Alstate back and told them I found it for much cheaper and they were happy to install the part I purchased at no additional fee. They came out the day I called them after receiving the replacement. It took no time at all and I have ice again.

Tech was on time, honest and figured out our problem within minutes. Our diswasher wasn't draining. Tech asked if the garbage disposal was new and if the person took out the plug. Come to find out he was right. The disposal hadn't been put in properly and the plug hadn't been removed. Tech fix it and put our dishwasher back to together which my husband had taken apart. The job was complete within the hour. The tech waited to make sure the dishwasher worked well. He wrote up the bill and took off the discount for being an Angie's List customer. The bill was exactly what the customer service rep had quoted me. i would use them again in th future.

Absolutely no problems. The repairman was punctural, professional and more importantly able to locate the problem quickly.

I got a next day appointment after calling Alstate. Christopher came within the timeframe given to me. He checked the problem and put the sprayer arm back together. Apparently it was designed to be removable. He checked the whole appliance over and reported everything was in great shape. I just recently moved to this home, and I was unaware of features of the dishwasher since previous owners didn't leave manuals for me. I was charged the service price of $119.95 + tax and then was discounted $25 for being an Angie's List member. I felt I owed the company something for the service call but I thought full price was a little high since there wasn't anything actually wrong with the dishwasher. I received a call from company and was told I would receive a credit (unknown amount) toward my next repair. Therefore I will use the company again in order to get some of the money back.

I was not 100% happy with the diagnosis by the technician that visited during the initial service call. When the owner learned of my displeasure he contacted me personally and scheduled a second service call to confirm the accuracy of the original diagnosis. Overall, I was delighted with the service.

I was fortunate first to have called Alstate appliance in the first place and second because my Northland refrigerator was still under warranty. We had origionally called a different repair company (A-One) but they couldn't come for a week. Alstate came within a couple of hours and diagnosed the problem. A new compressor was ordered. Rick who is one of the owners came himself and he was extremely professional, very nice and very efficient. He returned the day after the compressor was delivered and again was punctual and did quality work. I was totally satisfied and wouldn't hesitate to call them in the future.

I called Alstate, left a message, and was promptly called back. They scheduled a visit within a few days, came out on time, provided the services, etc. They needed parts, ordered them and called me with an estimated arrival date. They then called once the parts were in and scheduled the visit. Again, they were timely, courteous, and seemed knowledgeable. Alstate charges a fixed 'trip fee', and will work on whatever appliances needed on that trip. If they don't have the parts, the next trip is NOT an additional charge. KEvin
