The machines are working fine now.

I called this company because I wanted to support local companies. They had the tractor for a total of 10 days (that was ok considering the time of year), but was very surprised when I received the bill. They charged $45 for pickup and delivery (I live approximately 5 miles from their location) and their labor charges were $72 per hour. Much too high! Their explanation was "they pay their help well". When returned, the tractor did not run like it had in the past, reason being it would not go up a very small grade in my back yard. I tried various things with the tractor and finally got it to work the way it had in the past. I will check around with other companies (not necessarily those locally) before I use them again.

They are a reputable and good company. They do good work on fixing trackers and lawn mowers. They also sell new and used mowers and chainsaws. I just leave it in the garage and they will come and pick it up and deliver it back. They will also come out and fertilize your lawn and they do landscaping. It is like an old family business. They can answer any questions that you may have about pests or rodents or insects. They are very good when they fix anything. I had a chainsaw fixed recently and they did a good job.

They were very affable and friendly and saved some us serious money on several occasions with coupon discounts. Made the paint up while we waited. Newer vendor that replaced the old major chain store on south side of Beechmont. Specializes in pet equipment and seminars like birding too.

The staff was courteous, and helped to unload and load the lawn mower. At this very busy time of year, they were able to fix the mower within seven days, and for a great price.

Great price, great quality mulch, and delivery was on time. We will buy from them next year.
