First time ever hired him was about three years ago, when he first came to the area. He?s a little high, if you don?t have a coupon. Said he put in a new gas line through my side yard, and after they did that they did some kind of inspection. They said my basement was too airtight, and I had to ventilate it. So, I called Brian up, because he has done service on my furnace that year. He was able to put vents in my door that leads to the basement. Then he came back, and did some adjustment. He stood behind his guarantee, which is good. If you ask him, he?ll give you a senior discount. He knocked off ten percent.

Carefree Heating and Cooling LLC offered a $49 coupon for either diagnostic or tune up. I picked tune-up. He did find a problem with the compressor. He tested the old compressor in front of me as well as the new one to explain the difference. Since he was already at the house for the coupon price he didn't add any other service charges just the $49 plus the price for the part. So I was able to save some money on service but because he was already here, I wasn't able to compare prices for the part or see if it was something that could be done by me or another family member. I'm pleased with his work, his professionalism and his punctuality. I just wish he was able to do something about the loudness of the machine.

He was excellent. He explained everything and showed me the broken part. He also gave me information about a service contract. It was a great experience. I would highly recommend. with their service.
