Description of Work: Full roof replacement. Value of roof around $9,500. Only cost to us was insurance deductible. Very happy with the finished product. Advanced Storm helped with contacting insurance and was on site during their inspection. I would definitely use them again.

 + -1 moreThere were two gentlemen that came to the house ... twice. The first tie I told them that I would not be interested the second time I told them to go ahead since they advised me that my roof was in bad shape. They did contact my insurance company and we received a claim number. Insurance wanted to send off the shingle to see if a match could be found. What I have a problem with it took me calling them to get a shingle sent off because the insurance company had no communication from this company. There was an excuse that one of the workers was hit in the face with a ladder and he was behind. Of course I understood that and finally someone came to retrieve the shingle to send off. There was more time that passed .. I called my insurance company and they said they had not even received an estimate from this company as requested. I did not call this company or any for work on my roof it was this company that was soliciting and the communication with the company is null. Good luck if you use them they are not a stand up company ... thats all that I requested is to let me know what was going on!
