Description of Work: Structural repairs to principal beams and joists in an early brick house. New hardwood floors, Windows sashes restored and repaired. Very well executed, good communication. Prompt, courteous and as advertised!

+ 1 moreThe owner is Robert Brookover. It is a small company. They stripped down all the colors. They basically dismantled the entire porch, took it back to their shop and redid it. They brought it back and reinforced it with steel rods in the middle. Their overall service was excellent. They were very professional. The owner, along with another partner, talked to us regarding the work. He does historic restoration.
Description of Work: Cohee Preservation did some exterior remodeling for us. They totally restored our front porch in our old farmhouse, nine months ago. They also did our gutters.
