They arrived on time and work was going well. They had a chipper and were keeping things clean. After the first tree was down, the forearm told my husband that their chipper wouldn't handle any vine. They wanted to just leave it where is lay. They finally agreed to move it to the side of our property where we later had to burn it. The rest of the time they were loading chunks of the trees into the back of a truck, so I assume that it wasn't that their chipper couldn't chip the vine, I think that their chipper was broken. These two ash trees were next to a healthy black walnut. When they took down tree closest to the black walnut, it took out numerous branches. Some of those are still hung up in the walnut tree. They acted like this didn't happen and didn't make any attempt to remove the broken branches from the walnut. I'm waiting for wind and rot to bring them down. In all, I would not hire them again for tree work.
Description of Work: Hired them to cut down and remove 2 dead ash trees. Both trees had considerable grapevine growing on them. The foreman was well aware of this when he came to give an estimate
