I wanted to fix up my house to get it ready to sell. I called to have them come out to get ideas for what I could do for "curb appeal" because of the reports I had seen on Angie's List. They were punctual in coming out and looking at the house. I was told that there would be a $250.00 design fee with half paid up front. They took pictures and talked to me about ideas, took my check for $125.00 and said they would be in touch. I had to contact them one month later. They apologized for the delay and said they didn't know where the time went. They called a week later and made arrangements to come out with a design. If I would have had them do the work they proposed, it would have cost over $6,500.00. At this point, I had already decided I did not want to do business with this company. From the other reviews I had read on Angie's List, the design people had gotten back to home owners in a week. I figured since I didn't live in an upper class home and it wasn't going to be a big money making job for them, it wasn't worthy of good service. I had left messages with Eric Remeis stating specifically that I did not want to deal with the design guy (Steve) because I was unhappy that he had not gotten back to me and every time, Steve was the one that called me back. Some worthy, hard working company will get my money and hopefully be happy to have it.

They gave us some drawings that looked good on the papers, I was very pleased with that aspect of the project and that they considered everything however the execution left something to be desired and we didn't let them finish the backyard. There were a few communication problems between what we wanted and what was actually done. We were generally pleased with the hard scape but wouldn't hire them again.

I worked with Steve Eberly to get the design and quote for the work. I originally asked for other work but decided on the bedding work only for this go around. Steve was extremely easy to work with. He provided the plans and detail I needed to know whether I wanted them to do the job. He had many suggestions, as well, for other parts of the yard. This company did work for my neighbor in the Spring and it turned out nicely which is what lead me to contact them to begin with. The work was done on the day it was planned. I was notified ahead of time. The yard was completely cleaned up when I arrived home that day. It looks very nice. I will be contacting them again for more work.

They never performed the service. Had to find replacement service provider.

We met Steve Graham at the Columbus Home and Garden Show. We made an appointment and he came out the very next week. We also had called 2 other companies and were not happy with them at all. Steve came out was very friendly went over what we thought we would like including colors, plants, etc. He came back out a week later with the design and we were thrilled. We liked it so much that we decided to tear out our existing sidewalk and replace with a paver sidewalk. We had to submit our plans to our homeowners management company for approval which took forever. Steve was very patient. We were all thrilled when we could go ahead with the work. The men that Yard Solutions sent out were very nice and cleaned up every day. I have used 3 other landscape companies in the past and this was by far the best. I realize we did not spend a lot but we are thrilled with what they did.

Excellent. They are responsive and timely. They do the work on time and efficiently. Their price was very competitive. They do their bids cafeteria style so that you can pick and choose parts or all the job.

It took them a little while to get back with me. It could have just been the busy season, but we were playing phone tag.

STEPHEN EBERLY WAS AT OUR HOME WITHIN A FEW DAYS AND DID A WALK AROUND WITH ME. HE WAS FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. HE ALSO HAD VERY GOOD IDEAS, BUT CONTINUALLY PRESSED BEYOND THE SCOPE OF WORK I HAD IN MIND. WE DID NOT ASK THEM TO SUBMIT A DESIGN PROPOSAL.

THE REP WE WERE DEALING WITH, STEVE EBERLY, WAS REALLY VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE ENTIRE COMPANY WAS PROFESSIONAL. MADE A SKETCH UP FOR US ON WHAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN! THE EMPLOYEE THAT CAME TO MY HOME WAS A REAL PROFESSIONAL AND LISTENED TO WHAT WE WANTED.

STEVE GRAHAM WAS HIGHLY ATTENTIVE TO OUR IDEAS AND WORKED CLOSELY WITH US IN PUTTING TOGETHER THE DESIGN FOR OUR PATIO. HE UNDERSTOOD OUR INTENTIONS WELL, AND THIS PAID OFF WHEN HE WAS ABLE TO PERSUADE THE LOCAL HISTORIC COMMISSION TO APPROVE OUR INNOVATIVE PLANS. HE WAS ACCOMMODATING OF OUR SPECIFIC MATERIAL PREFERENCES, AND THE TEAM THAT CAME OUT TO ACTUALLY DO THE JOB WAS ON TIME AND PROFESSIONAL. WE'RE VERY PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS!

THEY HAVE DONE A LOT OF OTHER LANDSCAPING TYPE JOBS FOR ME OVER THE YEARS. IF AND WHEN THERE ARE PROBLEMS THEY ARE RESPONSIVE.

DID A COMPLETE DESIGN FOR LANDSCAPING AND PRESENTED THE INFORMATION WITH PICTURES OF VARIOUS PLANTS TO BE USED. GUARANTEE ON PLANTS FOR 1 YEAR. SCOTT REALLY KNOWS THE PLANTS WE CURRENTLY HAD, AND HOW TO ENHANCE OUR CURRENT LOOK. WE HAVE GOTTEN MANY NICE COMPLIMENTS ON HOW NICE OUR YARD LOOKS NOW, AND IT REQUIRES LITTLE INCREASE IN MAINTENANCE - WITH ROOM FOR ADDITIONAL ANNUAL PLANTINGS. WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN FOR A PROJECT.

THE WORK QUALITY WAS OUTSTANDING! THE PATIO IS PERFECT AND THE CLEAN UP AND DETAIL TO THE WORK WAS SUPERB. THE PRICE I WAS QUOTED WAS THE PRICE CHARGED. I SHOULD NOTE THAT THIS WAS A WINTER RATE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM AND USE THEM AGAIN.
