Great job. It took about 45 minutes and they have not been back.

Carpenter bees and wasps gone wth advice on filling bee holes and painting/staining to discourage return. Identification of where beetles are coming from and that they are not harmful or damaging and where to seal up to keep them out. Victory!

Initial visits were delayed due to rain but the company wanted credit card information before the services were performed. It worked out in the end, but it was frustrating to have them asking for credit card information even though they kept pushing off the treatments due to bad weather.

They were great. Easy to schedule, on time, and very nice to work with. I would hire these guys for any pest control needs.

The service was great. I messaged Truely Nolan on Friday evening and received a call on Saturday morning to schedule a FREE estimate. They were prompt, courteous, and provided great customer service. Luckily we did not have any serious damage or exterminating that needed to be done. Highly recommend for any pest control needs.

I haven't see a bug since retaining Truly Nolen

I have no idea if they were any good. They seemed nice. They came out,. they ere great and friendly. But I do not know if what they saw and looked at, but I do not know if what they did worked yet. Certainly the guy knew what he was looking at. This ten year old found termites on a concrete porch and they were like oh. They got some in a bottle They were on the outside not on the inside. He came out, offered me a price in the range that I expected and I said I also wanted other treatments. He broke it down and discounted it quite a bit and I got pest control for a year. I only took it because I had stink bugs and I have not had stink bugs since. The guy that came out was friendly, seemed very conscientious and knowledgeable. It was Ryan Toledo that came out, I believe his father owns the company. I would call him again in a second. I was really pleased with him. We saw the termite May 1st, I called them that morning, they came out that afternoon and treated the next day which was good because I was worried.

The technician Eric was fantastic; its the owner who was nasty. We called about the $268 deal and were told $299 as the house was somewhat bigger. Then at night, their customer service said price was now lower to $99. We said great see you in am. Tech came and said he couldn't do it for that and wanted > $400. I insisted i talk to the owner who was rude and said their customer service had made a mistake. I said that was what they told me $99. he said he was not going to abide by that and wanted > $400 or leave. We had already planned for a buyer inspection and finally negotiated for $299 or close. Except for carpenter bees and old mice droppings nothing else was found. Bad customer service, great technician.

I have had a ongoing problem with mice in the basement of my rental property for at least 10 years. I have had several pest control companies come out over the years. They all baited and set traps, but this was never a permanent solution. This time I called Truly Nolen. I explained to them that I was not interested in more baiting and trapping, what I wanted was a permanent solution through exclusion. I needed someone to thoroughly inspect the property in attempt to find where they are coming in. Ryan Toledo came out and did just that. He inspected the area, and agreed that continuous baiting and trapping were not really appropriate for my situation. He looked around, and found what he believed was their access point. He said he was 99% sure this was where they were getting in. He did not have all the materials on him to fill in the hole, but explained to me what to use, how to do it, and what to look for after that. He did not charge me. I followed his instructions and plugged up the area that he had located. The following month, I did not catch any more mice inside, or find evidence of them. It had been very cold for a few days, and the unit was empty. So I was sure that if the mice still had access, I would have caught one or seen evidence of their partying! I am beyond thankful. This has been a problem for so many years, and it's been a source of stress for me while trying to manage my rental property. It's a huge weight of my shoulders to be finally free of this problem. Though I hope to never have another pest control issue, I certainly will call Ryan Toledo of Truly Nolen should the need ever arise!

When we bought this home in June, one of the required remedies was to get rid of the carpenter ants and the mice. We had a paid invoice by another company saying that work was completed. It wasn't. And the other company didn't stand by their shoddy service. We'd had enough of seeing ants in our kitchen! Truly Nolen was recommended. Ryan identified the ant nest and the entrance points for the mice. We were told that it could take a few days for us to no longer see ants. The very next day after treatment, I saw one dying ant and have not seen another since July. The ants could have ruined our new home experience and thanks to Truly Nolen we are ant and mice free. We'll continue using them to prevent any new infestations.

I haven't seen significant improvement with pests yet. However it is only three days after treatment. I plan to wait and call them back if I find more pests.

Excellent service! I called yesterday and spoke with Ryan. Ryan was professional and extremely courteous. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. After speaking with Ryan, I set up an appointment for this morning. Ryan arrived well within the indicated timeframe, and promptly removed the nest. He explained the removal process and answered any additional questions I had. I would definitely recommend Truly Nolan!

Two men showed up promptly. They asked me what I was concerned about, explained what they would do, what the cost would be, and when I agreed, went to work and and corrected the problem. I was told that if the bees appeared again, within 30 days, they would re-treat the premises. I am pleased by this experience.

Bed bugs? Make this company your FIRST (and it will be your LAST) call! When I first came into contact with Truly Nolen, I had already spent over $1,000, as well as my former tenant having spent $1,600 on "heat remediation" by Company X for my rental property, with NO RESOLUTION of the problem! By the way, heat remediation companies need NOT be licensed exterminators! Truly Nolen came out and inspected my rental property. Normally, their solution is heat remediation AND chemical application. However, as my rental property had been heat remediated TWICE and steamed TWICE, Truly Nolen decided on just the chemical application. Truly Nolen's process was to apply chemicals, inspect two weeks later, and follow up in two weeks with another chemical application. Five weeks after the initial chemical application, we found ONE (dying) bug, which turned out to be a "bat" bug, but still a "relative", so Truly Nolen inspected the attic. Although they found no evidence of any bugs, they treated the attic, as well. FINALLY, my rental property is BUG FREE! Trust my experience - the answer is NOT just heat remediation! Hire Truly Nolen, a licensed exterminator, with the SOLUTION to your bed bug problem.
