He was prompt and did a good job.

They did a nice job with the work, but I paid to have a premium wash for a $100 extra for them to use a ladder on my two story home and they did not use a ladder.

Todd, had just started doing the work when my son & I got home. He stopped, shook my hand & explained what he was doing. I had hoped that the gray vertical streaks under the windows would have disappeared, but Todd explained that's normal rust & can't be removed by powerwashing. Todd was courteous & professional & once the job was over, took the time to go over the house with me to see if I had any questions.

After looking them up on Angie's List, I went to their web site and submitted a request from there for an estimate. I got a call from them within 5 minutes. They were able to give me an estimate for the house over the phone, but I couldn't tell them how many sq ft my deck was, so they came out a few days later to take a look and give me an estimate on the deck. After I got the estimate, I called them back to schedule them to come out. They came out the very next day. They were very responsive (but I also contacted them at the end of September - maybe not their busiest time.) The house and deck look great! They took off several years of dirt and grit. I would definitely use them again in the future.

TNT Power wash was there to answer my initial call and I was able to schedule service for the next day. Todd did the cleaning and he was very nice and professional and did a great job. The house definitely looks cleaner and the deck looks almost as good as it did when it was new. Todd gave me an estimate for power washing the fence as well.

They did a little area adjacent to the patio without being asked.

TNT was easy to work with from the very beginning. Their first price was their best price. They showed up when they said they would and did the job they said they were going to do.

The crew (1 man) arrived on time and brought his own water supply. The job required approximately 600 gallons of water and took almost 3 hours to complete the job. The crew was mindful of the landscaping and was very pleasant, as was the office staff who scheduled the job and answered my questions over the phone. The job was well done!

This was the first time I have used their services. We set up an appointment and they called the day before to remind me. They called the next morning to see if they could come early because they had a cancellation, which worked out for me. It took them about two hours. It went extremely well.

One thing that I did think was misleading is that they didn't include the gas surcharge into the estimate. It only cost six or seven more dollars, however we were comparing prices and felt they should have told us up front that this would have been an added cost. Other than that, everything was good and the house looks great. We would use them again for future service, I'd just be more careful with their estimate.

Excellent job! The house is very clean. The north side of the house which had the most dirt and mold is absolutely spotless. The remainder of the house looks very good also. The deck was very thoroughly cleaned by the power washing. When it dried it was consistently the same color all over. We had our work done on a Friday and put two coats of sealer on the deck ourselves the following Monday. It looks awesome! I am very pleased with how the house looks overall and the deck. Amy the receptionist was very nice also. She gave me an estimate over the phone and it jived exactly with the final cost of the project.

After calling 2 other companies & getting answering systems, I called TNT & talked to Amie. The next day she drove out, gave me an estimate & set up an appointment. I had severe mildew stains on my garage roof & on 1 side of my house. The workman was punctual, courteous, and did an excellent job. He also cleaned out my gutters & cleaned my garage doors. I am very pleased & would not hesitate to call them again. I strongly recommend!

They were fabulous. He came back a second time to look at the job and do it again. He thought it needed to be cleaner. I was impressed by that.

Amy was very prompt in calling me back and making an appt. for estimate. Within a week the work was done. They use their own water and are very careful about not spraying into areas that could leak into the house. I would certainly use them again.

The man arrived on time and started power washing the front of the house. I told him to let me know when he was going into the dog run, so I could put the dogs away. I happen to look out the window and he is in the dog run! I immediately ran downstairs and put all the dogs away. Thank goodness no incident. He did not spend a lot of time and before I knew it he was gone. When I went out to inspect the work the next day, because it had started raining before the guy left, it looked like no one had power washed my house. There were still cob webs, birds' nests and mold on the deck and porch. In fairness to them, they are coming back out to redo the front porch.

PROMPT, POLITE AND REASONABLY PRICED. VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK.

I made a call to the company in the morning and an estimator give a quote in the afternoon. The next morning the workers showed up and performed the work to our satisfaction!

THEY DID A GOOD JOB OF POWER WASHING. HOWEVER, WE ARE VERY UNHAPPY ABOUT THE PROTECTIVE STAIN. WE CHOSE A COLOR AND REQUESTED THAT IT BE TRANSLUCENT SO THAT THE GRAIN WOULD SHOW. I WAS NOT HOME WHEN THE WORK WAS PERFORMED AND CAME HOME TO FIND THAT, WHILE HE GOT THE COLOR RIGHT, THE STAIN WAS OPAQUE SO THAT NO WOOD GRAIN SHOWED. IT APPEARED TO BE PAINTED. I CALLED THE COMPANY AND DALE CAME OUT. WHILE HE WAS VERY SYMPATHETIC, HE SAID THERE WAS NOTHING THAT COULD BE DONE. WE BELIEVE THAT HE APPLIED THE SOLID COLOR STAIN RATHER THAN THE TRANSLUCENT STAIN THAT WE ORDERED BUT DID NOT ACKNOWLEDGE AN ERROR. THEY WOULD CHARGE EXTRA TO DO ANYTHING TO IT. THE NATURAL BEAUTY OF THE WOOD IS COMPLETELY COVERED AND WE ARE VERY UNHAPPY. FURTHERMORE, HE TOLD US THAT WE COULD SEE THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE STAIN BECAUSE WATER WOULD BEAD UP ON IT. IT DOESN'T DO THAT--IT JUST FORMS PUDDLES.

TWO WORKERS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, VERY POLITE, WORKED EXTREMELY HARD THE ENTIRE DAY. WHEN I CALLED WITH AN ISSUE ON MY BILL, THE OWNER WAS VERY RESPONSIVE IN GETTING THE ISSUE RESOLVED...WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.

WE'VE HAD THIS WORK PERFORMED BY OTHER COMPANIES WHO HAVE NOT DONE NEARLY AS GOOD AS THIS COMPANY. SO I'M GOING TO BE USING THEM ONCE A YEAR FROM NOW ON.

THE OWNER/SALESMAN WAS VERY FRIENDLY, BUT COULD HAVE RETURNED PHONE CALLS FASTER. HE WORKED HARD TO ACCOMMODATE A TIGHT SCHEDULE, WHICH WAS APPRECIATED. THE OPERATOR THAT DID THE WORK WAS VERY FRIENDLY TOO, AND SHOWED UP AT THE PRECISE MINUTE HE SAID HE WOULD BE THERE. THE EQUIPMENT IS SELF-CONTAINED IN A BOX TRUCK WITH LARGE TANKS OF WATER AND CLEANING SOLUTION ON THE TRUCK. THERE WAS NO NEED FOR THEM TO CONNECT TO WATER ON SITE. THE OPERATOR DID AN EXCELLENT JOB CLEANING THE DECK AND AN EXCELLENT JOB CLEANING MILDEW STAINS FROM A NEGLECTED STUCCO HOME. HE WAS VERY DELIBERATE AND CONSISTENT IN KEEPING THE TIP OF THE PRESSURE WAND AT LEAST 6 INCHES FROM THE STUCCO AT ALL TIMES AND SOME TIMES UP TO TWO FEET IN AREAS WHERE THERE WERE CRACKS IN THE STUCCO. UNFORTUNATELY, THE HIGH PRESSURE WATER AND CRACKS IN THE STUCCO COMBINED TO CREATE THREE PLACES THAT NEEDED TO BE PATCHED AFTER THE PRESSURE WASHING. WE ALSO HAD SOME WATER FIND ITS WAY INTO A BASEMENT THAT HAD LEAKED BEFORE.

ALL WORK WAS DONE AS PROMISED WITH GOOD RESULTS. TNT WAS ABLE TO GET OUT ABOUT 90% OF THE DIRT STAIN FROM THE SIDING.
