Went really well. Guys were very professional, proficient, knowledgeable and helpful. They also cleaned up after themselves which does not always happen with this type of work!

Very poorly

I initially called, and just as I hung up from leaving a message, Sherri called me back. After I explained the services I needed, she first expressed condolences. When I asked how quickly she could come to the apartment, she told me that everything would be at my convenience. We met at the apartment two hours later for an estimate. She sent a crew the following morning. They arrived on time. Her crew (3 men) were professional yet also very compassionate, given my circumstances. I returned several hours later after they finished. They had done everything Sherri told me they would do and the apartment was completely empty, cleaned and deodorized. The fee was what Sherri had quoted me the day before. ServPro did more than clean up after my brother?s suicide ? they removed a very overwhelming and heavy burden during my time of grief. They were kind, compassionate, professional, and provided a very valuable service. Many thanks to Sherri and her crew.

They are really negligent. They never came.

My nearly finished basement flooded overnight during a period of extremely heavy rain. I called Servpro the next morning. They were backed up with customers awaiting service, and made a special effort to send someone to my house the same day to assess my damage. This employee was happy to cut short his lunch hour and come to my home. He was so thoughtful and knowledgeable in talking everything through with me, as was the Servpro office staff. In the end, I went with another company who could begin service a 1/2 day earlier, though I felt that Servpro provided me excellent customer service and would have done a fine job.

When Scott Parker came out (within 1 day and on time), he explained the limitations of the camera and that it wasn't the best diagnostic for the problem I was having in my kitchen. He went through with a meter to test for dampness and did not find any in the area of concern. He spent a fair bit of time inspecting my house at no charge. Instead, he suggested I focus on clearing up the water problem in my basement to ease the moisture problems.

WE HAD USED THEM PREVIOUSLY IN FEB. AND THEY WERE KIND ENOUGH TO ARRANGE TO SEND MEN MONDAY MORNING TO HELP US RESOLVE A PROBLEM NOT OF THEIR CREATION. THEY ARE INCREDIBLY RESPONSIVE!

I IMAGINE THIS SERVICE WAS QUITE COSTLY, BUT LUCKILY MY HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE WILL COVER IT AND THE BILL GOES DIRECTLY TO MY CLAIMS MANAGER. THE COMPANY WAS JUST EXCELLENT, FROM THE SOOTHING VOICE AND EXTRA EFFORTS OF EMILY ON THE PHONE, TO GARY AND HIS CREW ON SITE. POLITE, PROFESSIONAL, AND CARING, THEY REALLY TOOK CHARGE OF MY DISASTER AND I WAS (AND AM)VERY APPRECIATIVE. I WOULD FULLY RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES TO ANYONE.

CITY SEWAGE DRAIN BLOCKED AND BACKED UP INTO BASEMENT. HAD RAW SEWAGE THROUGHOUT FINISHED BASEMENT.
