Timely, communicative, and clean work. I was able to trust them to replace the roof while I was gone on business. It was replaced in the two days I was out of town with no mess left behind.

We needed windows replaced quickly and got several estimates from window companies. Rescue Roofing & Siding's estimate was comparable to others and Ken even worked with us to make it more affordable than other companies. Even more importantly, they were able to order windows and install them in under two weeks! I was shocked. The other companies were telling us it would take 8-10 weeks. There was no way we could wait that long. Ken and his window installer Rick (and crew) were extremely professional, always on time and just really nice people. Ken went above and beyond and also fixed oursagging gutters at no charge. I was referred to Ken by a condo company and they said he was really nice, did the best work and had the best prices. They were right. I will be contacting Ken again for future projects.

I couldnt have ask for better work and a more honest company. They only repaired what needed to be done and saved me a lot of money. The best estimate by far. If u want an honest company to work for you... Call rescue roofing. They will rescue U.

Ken and his team were great! They made sure everything was done properly, they were very clean and they made sure we were happy with the outcome. Will definitely use again in the future!

The thing that stood out was they just came out and found the problem better than some of the other people that looked at it. They fixed everything up, they had to cut a section of the roof and redo it and everything. They did a good job on it, at least it's not leaked on us, I consider that a good job.

The crew was friendly, efficient and cleaned up well.

He was very forthcoming and honest so that's what we like. The only other thing is they put gutter toppers on after this whole thing happened. He did do that. It was an okay job. They responded quickly and fixed it. It wasn't really the choice we would have made when he recommended but we would have done something different. We didn't really pay him, the company did.

It went Great! Last night the wind blew a portion of my facia from the eave on my 2 story house and it was dangling against the siding near the peak. I called Rescue Roofing at 9am this morning and left a voicemail. The President of company, Ken Maynard called me back in about 15 minutes. He made an appointment to stop by at Noon. Not only did he arrive early, Ken was able to reattach and repair the facia himself. He also took care of several other minor soffit and facia problems, all within 30-45 minutes. He did a terrific job, even pointing out a few minor issues I hadn't even noticed. And he told me he inspected the roof shingles while he was fixing the facia and that my roof was in good shape. He did everything at a very reasonable cost. Ken exceeded my expectations and I would definitely call on him again when the time comes.

Really well done, fast, efficient and considerable focus on some of the custom car port work to "get it done right." Price was fair, especially with the extra/custom work that was difficult to estimate.

Contractor showed up on time and communicated all work that would be performed and the timeline for completion. The work was completed on time and exceeded expectations. The work area was cleared of all waste and all nails were removed from the yard and surrounding area. There was no interruption to our daily life due to the construction. Ken (owner) was extremely easy to work with and communicated with us before, during, and after the job. Pricing was very affordable and beat all other bids by a significant margin. Will definitely recommend this company to my friends and use them again if needed.

Rescue roofing and siding was excellent! They came out within a day of calling to access a leak that was happening in our bedroom. Ken determined we needed new chimney flashing. The quote was reasonable and the problem was fixed as soon as weather permitted. Wonderful to be able to call a local company and trust that they have accessed the problem correctly and truthfully! Would definitely recommend them and use them again!

On a windy day I noticed some shingles that were loose. I have used Rescue Roofing in the past and texted them about the shingles. I received a response in just a few minutes and they sent out Rick, their technician the very next day on a Sunday. Rick arrived right on time and was very nice. He took care of the issue right away, which prevented a larger repair in the future if the shingles would have actually blown off. Rescue Roofing is an excellent, responsive provider. I would highly recommend them if you want fast, friendly, and responsive service for all of your roofing needs. They are also very conscientious and perform high-quality workmanship.

We had some Owens-Corning Duration Shingles blow off during a windy period (third time these "wind-resistant" shingles blew off). We have lived in this home for about 1 1/2 years and did not know who installed the roof or if there was any type of warranty. I called Rescue Roofing and a couple other roofers to look at the roof. Rescue Roofing was very prompt in returning phone calls and sending out someone to do the estimate as well as the work. We have used them in the past too, and they are always very prompt and explain everything in detail. Excellent communication and keeps in contact when someone is coming out, etc. They took pictures of the repair and texted them to me. I also had a concern about some stucco near the roof, and they took a picture of that as well so that I could see what it looked like and contact a stucco repair person when the weather warms up. The technician they sent out to do the work was very nice and did a great job. I will continue to contact them in the future!

Rescue Roofing's owner, Ken, is one of the most professional contractors that I have ever worked with (and I work with a lot of contractors in my profession). When I called Rescue Roofing to get a quote for my detached garage, Ken answered the phone and said that he would be out at noon the next day to look at the garage and give me a quote. As promised, Ken arrived at noon, inspected the garage, talked me through the repairs that needed to be done, and gave me a quote. The quote was very reasonable for the work that needed to be performed. The work was scheduled for less than a week after I accepted the quote. It was delayed a day after the initial start date due to the weather, but Ken kept me updated as to the schedule changes. Then, Ken and his crew arrived and did an excellent job on the roof replacement and structural repairs. In short, I highly recommend Rescue Roofing. Ken is professional, reasonable, and does a great job. Unfortunately, that's a rarity these days.

Ken indicated he could perform the work within the next week or two. We scheduled a time and it was completed quickly and correctly. Kudos to Ken - the employee who was to do the work called in sick that day, so Ken came to do it himself; he did not want to have me reschedule. That says a lot!

My roof had a leak. Ken came on a Thursday and did an inspection, showed me pictures of the problem and gave me a clear written estimate. We scheduled a time to have the repairs completed on Monday, but then he called me on Friday to say he had someone available that afternoon (earlier than originally scheduled). Reuben arrived as scheduled and started the repairs. The heat of the day made it difficult for him to complete the repairs without damaging the shingles, so he returned early on Saturday morning to finish the job. Reuben told me in detail about other problems he found while he was making the contracted repairs. I noticed a leak in a different place on Sunday morning and emailed Ken, expecting that I would not get an answer until Monday. Ken replied to my email within an hour and contacted Rueben, who came over to take a look at the problem on Sunday afternoon. After discussing the potential issues, Rueben returned on Monday afternoon and spent quite a while on the roof adding some leak prevention and sealing locations of possible leaks that were well beyond the scope of the original estimate. The extra work was done at no additional cost to me. Both Ken and Rueben were professional and polite throughout my interactions with them. I would not hesitate to hire this company again. I was extremely satisfied with the service I received.

Rescue Roofing Co. returned my call promptly for help for shingles that had been torn off the roof of my home as the result of a storm. He took the time to survey the damage and did the repair work immediately. He was very informative about the reasons for this problem and handled everything very professionally. I was most grateful for his immediate attention as a leaky roof was nothing I wanted to contend with. His price was very reasonable and I would recommend his company to anyone.

I was impressed with Ken, who came out to do the estimate, he is pretty sharp. He diagnosed the problem. What impressed me was that he found another problem on the roof I didn?t know about, that needed to be taken care of. They were very prompt and they did a good job. I thought their price was fair.

The owner, Ken Maynard, was on time for both appointments we had and was very knowledgeable. He went up on the roof the first time and took pictures of the problems on his phone to email with the estimate. When I called him to come do the repair he stopped by the next day on the way to another appointment and did the repair himself. Then he discounted his earlier estimate since he didn't have to send a crew out. The work seems fine and Ken was great to work with. I'll definitely call him for any future roof work.

Ken is one of the nicest guys I have had the pleasure of working with. He is prompt and on time, a true tradesman. Communication was excellent. The crew arrived on time and made some quick progress. They discovered a few bad spots of wood which was immediately brought to my attention. I had them replace those bad spots and the continued their hard work until the job was done. The roof was done on time and at a far better price than what 95% of the other quotes were. Im thrilled at the attention to detail Ken and his crew provided and would gladly recommend Rescue roofing to anyone!!!!
